My snowblower came back missing parts and the head assembly was cracked. I called to inquire about the condition of my Snowblower and was belittle by the owner who stated that he was rich and didn't need my nixxer money and he didn't care about my problem and suggested i get a lawyer. The lack of professionalism was disturbing that a business man in the era would use such language toward a customer. i just wanted the missing part and an explanation for breaking my snow blower and attempting to make me pay for repairs. The next day someone called from CO to try to salvage the sale by saying our crew quit. We can get the larger of the two jobs done. I said no we are leaving. Refund the down payment. They actually did. That part was good. We never did get the estimate on the back porch. Not a good experience
