A nightmare you should avoid at all costs…read more   They replaced my roof in late 2022. Issues started when the materials arrived, but installation was never scheduled. After a month I called them to ask about it and the response was "Oh this wasn't completed already?"    They did the work. Shortly after this I had my HVAC replaced including a unit on my roof. Shortly after that I had a roof leak that made its way down to the 1st floor of my home. Phoenix inspected everything, patched the leak, and passed the blame right to the HVAC company. From my understanding the HVAC company hooked up the new unit to my existing exhaust from inside and did not change anything on my roof. Someone was lying somewhere. Blame got passed around, no one ever fixed the cosmetic damage.   Shortly after this, I got a leak in my back bedroom. Phoenix Roofing came out and "fixed" it. The next time it rained the leak came back. They came out again, and this guy informed me "Oh yeah there is a big hole in the (2 year old) roof." When I spoke to the rep, they told me "Flat roofs need maintenance every two years, this is normal." I lived in my old home for 10+ years with a flat roof and I never had a leak. I had lived in this home for 5 years and had not had a leak. This roof leaks within 2 years, and it is just due to "maintenance?" Not buying it. The rep also told me that the cosmetic damage would be covered under warranty. They sent someone out to look at the damage who said they would get back to me about it. That didn't happen. I followed up, someone came, and again they never got back to me.    After this, a porting of my exterior was staying wet far longer than everywhere else after rain, and rain was just dripping from the roof near that area and not all draining down the gutters. I spoke to the rep again who told me "There is water on the ground, I do not know what to tell you. Make sure to get your gutters cleaned." Totally ignoring the staining on my exterior.    I had the gutters inspected and cleaned like the Phoenix Roofing rep suggested. They werent really dirty, but there were some roofing materials in the gutters that the Phoenix Rep said would wash away normally when I sent him the photo of what was found. The issue persisted. I got a second opinion on my gutters from another company who took my downspout apart and said everything was fine, but maybe I should get the underground drain cleared. I spent $900 on that, and there was nothing of consequence removed. Meanwhile the issue with my exterior persisted and has gotten worse. I had a roofing company come out to inspect the roof, who informed me that "The roof in that section looks wavy, you need to have the company your roofing warranty is under come out and fix this". They believe the fascia board connecting my gutters to the roof is leaking into my exterior soffit. Facia board that should have been inspected/replaced when I had my whole roof replaced by Phoenix Roofing in 2022. I had another roofing company look as well, and they told me the same thing: something from the roof/gutter is causing a leak into my exterior soffit. Anecdotally, the first company who looked at my roof told me "There is no way this whole roof was replaced in 2022. It looks old/terrible." Regardless, neither company would fix the issue because my gutters are attached to my roof and my roof is under warranty with Phoenix Roofing.    BUT NO ONE FROM PHOENIX WILL PICK UP THE PHONE. I have called their main line using multiple numbers and it just rings and hangs up. I have called the rep directly and the line goes to a very unprofessional voicemail with a full mailbox. I have sent emails and text messages which have been ignored. I understand that I have reached out to them many times and they no longer want to deal with me. But I have a warranty, and my reaching out is because of problems they created, never rectified or are ignoring. At this point I am going to have to pay another roofing company to fix this issue regardless of my warranty just to prevent long term damage to my property.

I hired Phoenix Roofing and Siding in 2024 to replace my roof, siding, and windows. They were very…read morepersonable and accommodating during the purchase and work completion process. I gave them 5 stars initially. Now, less than 2 years later, a leak in the roof damaged the ceiling in my family room. I reached out to Phoenix over a month ago, and no one has come to see the damage or make repairs. One of the owners of the company put me in touch with someone who worked on my job, but no longer works for them. Someone was supposed to come by this past Saturday (3/7/26) to assess the damage. That person was a no call/ no show. Phoenix is failing to stand behind the work they perform and failing to honor their warranty. If you're thinking about using them, consider yourself warned.
