Finally -- FOUR MONTHS LATER -- I get told they're coming (I called them they didn't call me) -- and the date wasn't good for us -- told it's that date or nothing. Then the stumps -- I'm told the stumps will be done the following week, no call no show, I call the week after that, they have to call the sales rep and check, stump grinders show up completely unannounced. The work is great, the crews are great, the price is great, the customer service is not there. I wouldn't have minded the wait had someone just returned my call and let me know what the delay was. No one ever did.

The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with. Will DEFINITELY use them again to prune our other trees in the future. Can't say enough about this company and am SO happy I found them!!
