This was to be a self-pay job and not an insurance claim. ACCURATE DETAILS BELOW: Brought truck in for a full paint job estimate on March 29th 2023. Seeing as how the truck wasn't a collectors item or candidate for a full restoration, The owner Jeff recommended a "mid range" job which consisted of removing the bed of the truck , no glass removal, no door jamb paint and no interior bed paint as I was getting a spray in liner. He gave me a ballpark estimate for the job. I agreed and said "lets do it!". He stated that he wasn't taking new clients until May and asked his scheduler to put me down for May 1st 2023. I dropped my truck off as requested on May 1st. When I got there Jeff said it would be two weeks before he could start the job. I was disappointed but figured they were busy and that I would need to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. After three weeks passed (figuring I'd give him a bit more that the two-week timeline he put forth), and not having the use of my truck, I called and asked if he knew when he'd be able to start. He simply responded "No, sir". Not reassurance. No explanation. No Nothing. I began to get concerned because my truck was parked out in the front lot with expensive replacement parts locked in the cab and a brand new chrome bumper in the open bed of the truck. I was concerned things might get stolen even though they have a surveilled lot. I called and asked if they would be able to bring the new chrome bumper inside so that it was not sitting out in the elements and so that it wouldn't get stolen. The woman who answered my request was very kind and assured me the bumper would taken inside that day and that they would be glad to do it. I went to check on my truck the Sunday a few days after my request and the bumper was still sitting in the bed of the truck now water logged in its box. After politely reminding them again, the bumper was brought inside a few days later. Over a month had now past since I dropped off my truck. I didn't want to be a pest and constantly call, so I didn't. I was beginning to think they probably just forgot about me or that perhaps my job was not really a priority. Maybe not big enough of a job? Maybe too small of a job? I wouldn't know because there was zero communication on Paint Pro's end. I went into the shop one more time on June 15th. I went with carpet samples as I was wanting to color match so I could install carpet myself when job was done. Had a friendly short conversation with Jeff and even talked about getting pinstripping from a guy he uses. I thought MAYBE now he would talk about starting the job. No such luck. I contacted Jeff on June23rd via text to check in. Pleasant exchange. He showed me pics of some cool smaller projects he was working on as well as him stating he dealt with a lot of "fast cash" jobs. Powdercoating, insurance work, dealer work, city work, etc. I assume my truck was not a "fast cash" job, hence not a priority. My last encounter with Paint Pro's was on July 21st. I couldn't wait any longer after almost 3 months without the use of my truck. It was a Friday. The doors were locked and I thought they were closed. I called Jeffs number and he explained they were appt. only that day but he was at the shop. Told him I was waiting outside and needed to pick up my truck. He came through the shop, got my truck from out back, put the bumper back in the bed of the truck. We parted ways. No apology. No explanation. No Nothing. Truck hadn't been touched for 3 months aside to moving it from the front parking to the back secured parking. Jeff seems like he does great work and is a seemingly friendly guy, but my experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

Called two days later and got the same result. Talked to someone finally last week and was told they were checking to see if the exhaust parts would hold up to the heat and would be contacted the next day. No phone call. Waited another week and finally went in today and picked up my parts that had not been touched. Was never even asked why I wanted them back or offered a reason why the work was not done. No communication skills and it seems they do not know how to use a phone or return calls. Would not recommend at all. Took the parts to 904 Powderworx and told them the issue, not only are they coating the parts, they have heard this same story about them and picked up lots of new customers because of it.

I didn't expect that price to come with all my problems working with this company at the Jacksonville location. Picking out my color was fine they had lots of options to choose from and after many questions of post wrap care and quality reassurance of wrap brand quality I chose pink Sakura for my brand new (less than 100 miles driven) bmw 430i vehicle. I got a whole vehicle wrap minus the roof and side mirrors, I left those black which was the base color of my car. I was told it would take 3 days to do my wrap start to finish. I was there right at open to drop off my vehicle, getting updated through the process Ross was great and answered all my questions. HOWEVER. they kept delaying me pricking up my vehicle, and they do not work weekends so I couldn't pick it up on the weekend they had my car for 5days and when i finally picked up my car and got it home I was PISSED. Not only did it look like they did not clay bar clean my car prior to installing the wrap but i had portions of the wrap not installed correctly like corners pulled to tight and black showing through. I immediately messaged Ross about the issues and he said some bubbles are normal and the dirt under the wrap will be handled at the 2week follow up appointment. 2 weeks later I drop off my car they told me it would be a few hours- Not. Dropped off at 9am and it wasn't ready until after 5pm they replaced the the main panel that had issues even tho I could still see some dirt trapped I was just over it at this point, and they fixed the corners I had issues and all the bubbles. At this appointment I also paid for blackout chrome delete for my silver trim around my windows and bumper. I go to pick up my car and Ross informs me the installer accidentally cut into my main wrap on my bumper and didn't have time to fix it that I would need to come back to have it replaced or he said and I quote "the sun could melt it back and you won't notice it" I was pissed yet again because I live an hour away. And this is a brand new vehicle so I'm praying I don't have a cut mark into the actual paint itself. Ontop of that my car was extremely dirty and they couldn't even take the time to wash the car it looked like they only touched the parts that had issues. I paid a lot of money to have this wrap and not have issues like this. I get my car back and at this time I was unable to make it back to Jacksonville for about 3-4weeks as they are only open Monday-Friday. After going back and getting that fixed (took about 3-4hours) I was happy with my car I love the color and everything was fine. FAST FOWARD to 3/4 MONTHS LATER! **Only hand washed my car with a ph neutral soap. No wax! As I was told. Kept in the garage most nights.** I get my car detailed today and my detailed comes to me and points out stripes in my wrap!!!! STRIPES! And it's not coming out with a wash. It appears it's in the wrap itself not on-top. I message Ross immediately and send him videos of my car and the issue, he then told me it could be anything to pay for a "light polish" and see if that takes care of it??? Not offering for me to bring it in or even considering it's a wrap failure. So instead I told him I want 201 wraps to see it with their detail guy and try and fix it. At this point I am so extremely disappointed with 201wraps I will never refer anyone to them. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I paid in full and I feel so overlooked ever since. I feel as if all the issues I had they just did a quick fix. And they really don't care to get my car back and fixed properly since I already paid. The stripes appear to my detailer that the car wrap was stretch too much and is failing. I asked if I could be transferred to the st augustine location as I am very displeased with Jacksonville location and was told i am not allowed to change service locations. I paid a deposit at the time ($1,100) that I thought was refunded back to my card, due to the time it took them to complete the wrap. The tracker was going off on the slingshot indicating the slingshot was being driven 1:00 am showing the location was at Whisper (a bar) I never followed up with my card service because they usually handle disputes very well. Zack informed me that they have a NO REFUND POLICY which I wasn't aware of, I don't patronize businesses that don't like giving money back, no refund means do what you want and there's nothing you can do about it! My fault for overlooking this policy. I was on vacation when Zack contacted me, sending my blood pressure completely up...so, I asked my husband to handle it due to my pressure going up too high. Zack quoted me this outrage cost, added extra expensive without confirming the amount, not knowing if I even had that kinda of money. Every little thing Zack was adding outraged pricing. At this point I just want my slingshot, again the same action as my last experience. I asked to speak to a manager/owner anyone that could make a decision with sensible outcome. I just paid the balance too Susan over the phone ($1347), now Zack calls me back with an inflated cost stating he texted me a cost which is more around $1600, I can't with this company and it's not like they do a good job.
