They truly understand children and know how to make them feel safe. Dr. Im is exceptional. She talks to the kids while she's working, calmly explaining what she's doing and what to expect next, which makes such a huge difference in easing their anxiety. There's no rushing, no fear-based approach--just reassurance, compassion, and skill. And somehow, on top of being gentle, they are also FAST (which parents know is a miracle). The appointments are efficient without ever feeling rushed, and my kids actually left feeling proud instead of traumatized. I am beyond grateful we found this office.
