The progress I've made has been remarkable, and I can honestly say that joining the personal training program has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. When I started, I was dealing with weak muscles, excess weight, knee discomfort, and very little confidence in the gym. I was hesitant to try many exercises and often worried about making my knees worse. Austin consistently adapted workouts based on how my body responded, gradually building strength while respecting my limitations. As I improved, he appropriately increased the challenge and introduced more advanced exercises, helping me gain confidence rather than just follow instructions. The progress I've made has exceeded my expectations. I've become significantly stronger, reduced body fat and inches, improved my balance and functional strength, and regained confidence in my ability to exercise safely despite my knee issues. I can now perform exercises I never imagined I'd be able to do. Perhaps his greatest accomplishment as a trainer is that he gave me the knowledge and confidence to train independently. That, to me, is the mark of an excellent trainer. Austin strikes a good balance between encouraging you and pushing you beyond what you think you're capable of, while still paying attention to form and how your body is responding. He celebrates progress, explains the purpose behind exercises, and genuinely wants his clients to succeed. Yesterday it was so hot that I couldn't finish the class. Before going in, I asked the person at the front desk if the A/C in that room was working, and she said yes. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The main gym area was a comfortable temperature, but the yoga room was extremely hot. I hope this issue can be fixed soon. I enjoy the classes and would like to continue attending them in a comfortable and safe environment. Thank you.

This is a review for league play. League play is a side business that Sol manages, which…read morecoordinates various teams from everywhere for a "tournament" experience. I'll start by saying that if you're a club team, their league play is probably what you'd expect, and you're fine with it. But if you're a team that's not club level, is it worth playing in their seasonal league games? This question is not specific to basketball. Soccer is just as bad. When you play in a league that's stacked with club level players, you'll find out quickly whether you're going to get destroyed or not. We had to stop going to our local soccer league because some teams were basically Surf club members just using the lower level league to practice and show off. While waiting for the start of our basketball team's tournament game, I was able to watch other matches, and most were the 20 to 2 score at halftime variety. So I knew it was going to a tough sledding. The building is huge, and they play six games at a time. It is completely chaotic and loud. There wasn't enough bench seating. Be prepared to jump in when the game before yours ends. Besides league fees, they charge $9-$10 for admission. I think most people will simply drop kids off and wait in the parking lot. Tips: 1. If you're a non club team, you'll need to swallow your pride and join a level lower than you think you're at. 2. Admission was like $9 or $10 per person for a one hour game.. We were here on a Sunday, and the parking guy wasn't there. I don't know if you'll also have to pay for parking if the game was on a Saturday.
