I've been to Stadium Golf a bunch of times, mostly for the outdoor batting cages. They have…read morefastpitch and slowpitch softball, plus baseball cages from 40-70 mph. The slowpitch cages seem to draw everyone from first timers having fun to local league players getting in practice swings. The pitching machines are accurate most of the time, but you'll occasionally have to adjust to a wild pitch. It can also get frustrating when a cage is down or the balls get stuck, since there usually isn't an employee stationed at the cages. When it's busy, people generally take turns. I do like the shaded picnic benches, grassy area, and nearby pro shop. You can get a reloadable card there, then swipe it at the cage and press the button to start. This weekend, my boyfriend and I also got a bucket of 250 golf balls. I hadn't swung a club in years, and I had back surgery a few months ago, so I was extremely rusty. To the gentleman I accidentally drilled with a golf ball. I am sooooo sorry!! I'll be sticking to the lanes with dividers from now on! The golf range has a nice shaded upper level with TVs, a shaded lower level, and an open area. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful.

When he sees something that needs improvement, he addresses it and explains it thoroughly. My son has a pretty timid personality, and somehow Chris gets him to smile at least once during his session. He makes a sincere effort with getting to know your child , which I appreciate. I love watching him coach my son. He's gained so much and improved his baseball skills tremendously with him. Coach Chris is the Epitome of true professional and amazing. Front desk personal are always friendly. They also let me bring my dog in to sit and watch my son.

For first timers it's important to explain in the very beginning what to use first of all and second of all...explain it in a nicer tone. After being scolded like that in front of other customers that made me and my friends embarrassed and no longer want to continue playing. This was supposed to be a memorable and fun experience but sadly, we will not be coming back here.

Granted, my 17 year old just does football now, but my 12 year old is right in the mix.. We love to book our Team's Cage and Training time with them! They connect well to the kids. You can prepay for 4-8 group sessions (just get a sponsor to pay for it!).. you come in, they handle it, its magical :) They also give back to the community ... throughout the baseball season, they get perks and roll them down to the kids. We've gone to a couple Padres games on their tickets in previous seasons.. as they get hooked up, they pass it down.. thats awesome! They just remodeled it inside and they did an amazing job! The instructors here are truly good. I'm a baseball guy. Have played all my life. And I'm confident in their instructors. They know what they're talking about out, teach the proper techniques and mechanics, and are good with the kids. They're really encouraging and are a great fit for this spot. I also appreciate that they're involved in our little league. Any time a game or practice is rained out, they're available and ready to help.

Really good young man and acted professional throughout our visit. Brady himself gets FIVE stars Now the reason for the three stars. The facility itself is very small as well as the cages. Grown adults taking full swings and continuously hitting the sides of the cages. Our women ballers unfortunately had the same result. Lastly the biggest reason for the review is that if you're going to say you tailor to adult softball Slowpitch then you need to have semi adequate equipment. The balls were atrocious with rips and lopsided. If I knew I had to bring my own balls I would have. Out of two Home Depot buckets of balls maybe half a bucket were decent. If I do come back I am bringing my own suitcase of balls to BP with. Last note. The prices were fairly reasonable but I may pay extra to swing somewhere else in a facility that I don't hit the wall or cage.
