Incredibly customer service oriented from the start, without even confirming his service. This was for a liquid propane conversion on a new range. During/after installation, he was incredibly respectful, responsive and provided me a general overview on what was happening as he was doing it. In the general sense, I do not leave many reviews unless the service/experience is that exceptional (or terrible). Would absolutely recommend Vitaly and Good Guy Appliances, as he was easily able to schedule a time (so that my range would not sit in the middle of my kitchen longer than necessary). A very great price, for really great work. After this experience, any other appliance work needed, I will go out of my way to have this company be the service provider. Thank you Vitaly!

He spoke politely and in full sentences in his messages, which I appreciated. Sergei came out the next day (the same day wasn't convenient for me) to check out our KitchenAid dishwasher. He gave me a 3-hr window, but he arrived slightly before the time window started. He texted me when he was on the way and was polite when he arrived. The call-out fee was $75 (Oct 2026) however that went towards the price of the repair. He ordered the part then and there on his phone and showed me the cost. He told me the part would arrive the next day, so we set up an appointment for the day after. Again, Sergei texted me when he was on his way and to tell me he was slightly delayed from the time we'd agreed upon, which I appreciated. He installed the part, tested the machine, cleaned the pipe and I paid him. He prefers Zelle, but after some technical difficulties, I paid by credit card. I would use SJ Appliance again for future repairs and recommend him. Helpful?
