But just recently I have been going to Matsuda's nursery for plants and material. Yes, Matsuda's is geared more for the contractors than for homeowners. And the other reviews that I've read have been harsh and almost personal. But when I did go for the first time I was treated respectfully and they where also eager please. They also have a large variety of product and I have no complaints but that may be because I don't wear my feelings on my sleeve. Just know if you do go they are geared more towards the contractor. If you want people to serve you hand and foot go to Green acres and Pay more money. By the way, Matsuda's owns Green acres nursery.

In addition they were filled with bugs include some cocoons. It has been approx 2 weeks and all but 3 are dried out and dead. So they have some kind of disease. Talked to Masuda's and they will not suport the replacement or refund of any money. I would not recommend anyone buy from them. They sell bug invested plants and NO SUPPORT!! This a horrible company and does care about customers! I would NOT purchase anything from them in the future. I bought 40 of the same trees from an online vendor Tree.com and all of them are doing well. I didn't purchase the additional tree from them again because I was trying to finish the job sooner. Now I'll reorder additional trees from them and I'll be out an addtional $1000.

The team at Redi-Green is amazing. Not only do they provide some of the very best quality sod, but…read moretheir service is great, and their pricing is more than fair. I did a ton of research trying to find the right sod supplier. I needed a lot, and I wanted fair pricing on good-quality sod. Redi-Green had great reviews, so I called them. Shammi walked me through their process, gave me the quote, and was very flexible about meeting my delivery date. The results are shown in the images. That turned out to be the first of several projects I have worked on with Redi-Green on my property. For larger projects, they can come and hydroseed for you. This can save you some money over sod, and Redi-Green offers a ton of different grass seed options. Last but maybe most important, after your grass is in and growing, you can reach out to Shammi, and he will advise on any questions you have about fertilizing, watering, or aeration. Their support once you become a customer is more than I ever expected. Thank you, Redi-Green and Shammi

If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. Quality customer service these days are horrible as it is already, don't make it worse. DO BETTER.
