THis is a small store which offers only a limited range of Marks and Spencers products. It tends to…read moreoffer more of the basic stock rather than some of the newer more fashionable ranges. Of course their world famous knickers still feature heavily and there is a range of gifts and cards. The food department is small and a little disappointing in its range although teh food itself is good.

There are clothes shops,music and games shops, card shops, shoe shops, discount stores and others that I may have forgotten! It has a clean and tidy image and there is a nice coffee shop area in the middle as well as a Crazy Udder milkshake bar. On the whole, it is a good shopping centre, although the toilets are not too great, they always look dirty and are rather smelly. It is situated in the middle of the Kettering high Street so it is easily accessible.

The shops are a good mix of clothes, stationary and general household type shops. The cafe in the centre provides a good selection of drinks and snacks, although it is a little over priced! There is also Crazy udder and Bakers oven to choose from for refreshments. The shopping carts along the pedestrian area seem to be a lot better than previously providing an array of alternative shopping ideas. The biggest downsides are the following: The awful toilets that are in serious need of revamping, particularly the baby changing area that is dirty and very outdated. The cost of parking which is expensive compared to much better shopping centers that have a lot more there!

Wilkinsons is a great store that sells a huge range of goods including toiletries, cleaning…read moreproducts, seasonal items, homewares, DIY and paint, staitonery and toys as well as loads of other things. The prices are low and they often have offers such as buy one get one frees. This store is situated in the town centre, but not on the main shopping strip which can be frustrating, but it is easy to walk through the Newlands centre, and out the other side, where Wilkinsons is across the road. The store always looks well stocked and clean and tidy. The staff have always been helpful, especially on an occasion when I had to return some goods. I went straight to the customers services counter and was dealt with efficiently and quickly. It is always busy in this store, but they do open up more tills when the queues get busy and there always seems to be plenty of staff to help out. They have some great offers on at the end of seasons too, such as 75% off garden furniture, bulbs or Christmas goods. It is one of my first stops when buying cleaning products and toiletries as the prices and deals are so good. I would recommend this store.

Value for money clothing here for yourself, kiddies, well all the family. The staff seems to be limited, but if you are in need of help they will come to you assistance without any hesitation, which in this day of age is wonderful to see. Their clothing is good to you pocket and thankfully, this doesn't affect the quality of the products!

It is nicely laid out and always looks really clean and tidy. They sell some really nice home accessories, although they are rather more expensive than some other stores such as Wilkinsons which now do similar items. The staff are always friendly and the customer service is very good in this store. If you like Next stores then you will like this one and if you have never been to a Next store why not pop in when you are next on the retail park. There is a huge carpark which is free.

I went to the store unsure of what I wanted and he was extremely helpful to the point of walking around the store with me, collecting and carrying clothes and shoes and finding the right size when it wasn't there on the shop floor. He gave me his opinion and never once made me feel pressured into purchasing anything. I was very happy with what I ended up buying and even though there are other branches of Next where I live I would go out of my way to visit this store thanks to his fantastic customer service.
