The store is on a split level with small steps leading to the back end of the store. The prices are reasonable, for example the home furnishings would be a lot cheaper than you would find if you went to a specialist, but they are also not the cheapest place for certain things. I bought some brown parcel paper froom there which was 75p which I thought was cheap, but then I found twice as much at Poundland for £1which worked out better value. I do always find it a bit quiet in this store though and there is never many people in there when I go in. If you are looking for everday use items at reasonable prices and do not want to go right into town then I would recommend trying this store first.

On the whole, it is a good shopping centre, although the toilets are not too great, they always look dirty and are rather smelly. It is situated in the middle of the Kettering high Street so it is easily accessible.

The biggest downsides are the following: The awful toilets that are in serious need of revamping, particularly the baby changing area that is dirty and very outdated. It's not really the sort of store that I want to browse for ages in, as it doesn't really have any great displays or anything to keep me interested, but it does the job! If you are looking for cosmetics or skincare or anything that you would usually buy from other chemist style stores, then why not pop into Savers first as it might be quite a bit cheaper? The only thing about this branch is that they always seem to be advertising for staff in the window,although I know a few people who applied for a job and never heard back from them!

The only problem with the store is that it's out the way, set right at other end of town. I would definitely suggest going first thing in the morning as everything is really tidy and the real bargains have been put out! The downsides to this store is it does generally look like a jumble sale if you get there after 10am and you do have to rummage through quite a lot of tat to get the bargains. The store itself is clean and tidy, the changing rooms are also tidy and the cubicles are a good size. The staff are also very helpful.

I went to the store unsure of what I wanted and he was extremely helpful to the point of walking around the store with me, collecting and carrying clothes and shoes and finding the right size when it wasn't there on the shop floor. He gave me his opinion and never once made me feel pressured into purchasing anything. I was very happy with what I ended up buying and even though there are other branches of Next where I live I would go out of my way to visit this store thanks to his fantastic customer service.
