Best experience EVER for my puppy!!!…read more Not only is the boarding exceptional but so is their dog training. I HIGHLY recommend Atlanta Dog Trainer Pet Resort. I will only board my dogs with them as I have tried other places and Atlanta Dog Trainer Resort goes over and beyond to make my puppy happy while we are out of town.. he loves them too!!! I found them on Yelp and when I asked our vet for a boarding recommendation, they mentioned The Pet Resorts. I called to schedule my dog's "vacation." They took down all of my information and sent me an email with everything we agreed upon, including a furminator bath and groom. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They also seemed very knowledgeable. I received an email and phone call reminder of our dog's stay with them. They suggested that I fill out the new customer packet prior to arriving. However, I had printer issues and was not able to. They printed it for me when I arrived and I filled it out in their spacious lobby. It was lengthy and thorough. Their nightly rate of $40 per dog is for their Standard Runs, $52 per dog for their Pet Suites. Add $5 per night per dog during Holiday periods. Half day fee for pickups after 1 PM. Pick-up and drop off anytime during their business hours. When I picked up my fur baby, he looked so good! Probably the best groom he's ever gotten. We were very impressed. They also gave me a report card that accurately described his personality. He was definitely tired when he got home. The Pet Resorts board cats as well. They offer a pet taxi to pick up and drop off your pet for an additional charge. We will continue to use TPR for our dog's future vacations.

She can also have an extra half pill every 8-12 hrs if anxious during the day. Cover well with the turkey and give. If she is still anxious, call her vet to increase dose. When I picked her up on Sept 9, I was told that she wouldn't be allowed to come back to the kennel as she "wasn't a good fit". She was extremely anxious to the point that she was shaking and had to be hand fed. Unfortunately, when I arrived back home and counted the trazadone, I saw that no extra doses had been given, just the bedtime dose. The pill bottle itself even said give extra if needed. My instructions also said "If she is still anxious, call her vet". When I called Countryside, I was told "We never call vets". The problem is, I wasn't called either and my dog was allowed to be extremely anxious when she could have been medicated. I would like to know why my dog was allowed to be so scared when Countryside had extra medication to give her and failed to let the vet or me know that she needed an increased dose. Countryside suggested I get a home caretaker. My dog won't let anyone in her house. She's be very abused prior to our rescue. I've been working with a trainer to help. I sent an email asking for review by a manager or above, but got not repose from Countryside.

We have a puppy and two older dogs who love the puppy but so not want to play as much as the puppy. Here Otis can run free with friends and play as much as he wants under the watchful eyes of the staff. He comes home happy and exhausted and wanting to go back. The staff here is awesome. They love animals and they get the love back. They take pictures and videos of the day and you get a report card about your pet for the day. We love it cause we like to know he is happy and doing well when away from us. They have inside and outside play. They have toys and obstacles and even a pool. Everything your dog could want they have here. If you don't wanna leave your dog in daycare you can sign up for the dog park and play with your dogs and any others in a secure dog parks. All dogs under go temperament testing and have to have all the shots so you know your kids are playing with the good kids. I highly recommend yard mutts and maybe Otis and I will see you there

I typically place my dog once a week in daycare and have her nails trimmed once a month. I feel safe and trust leaving my dog at Yard Mutts. I can't say enough about the owner Kelly-- she is great to work with, has an excellent staff, and runs a great business. It is always clean and pleasant and MOST IMPORTANTLY-- I feel that my dog Daisy, with all her quirks and allergies is well taken care of. Her staff knows my dog and Daisy leaves happy after every stay. They have taken Daisy when she had a broken toe and enduring a bout with seasonal allergies (yes, she's a handful) and they are SO GOOD to her. They know Daisy likes to play non-stop and match her with dogs that are the same. There is plenty of play space which some places don't have adequate or appropriate play areas, but BL does and it is always clean! They know she likes water and indulges her play in the pool. They know her well, but, I see how the staff is with other pets and families and they treat everyone like they treat us! I book our weekends away with Kelly months in advance and she sends reminder emails before and a survey afterwards. I think I say the same thing every time: everything was great, can you please move closer to me? Bottom line: I have the peace of mind that my crazy pooch is safe, well, comfortable and happy.
