Marcus and his team did a PHENOMENAL job with our install and I could not be more pleased. Being an older house, the job was not easy, but they were professional and knocked it out! I will be recommending Marcus to anyone and everyone I know that needs any low voltage, wiring, etc. work done! 10/10 on everything from service to quality to value!

They kept telling me no way; you must be crazy; they kept offering me to put my old switches back as a solution. They supposed to be Lutron trained and certified. I did my own research and spoke with Lutron technicians. Lutron even has a search engine on their website telling you about the dimming compatibility range between light fixtures and their switches. Very disappointed with how they handle a customer concern and with the quality of their service.

Security Services is everything we were looking for in a business partner and home security…read moreprovider. We had been with one of the big national companies and couldn't get service no matter what we tried, we called Security Services and they came over, explained their services to us, and also said he could fix the problem we were having that the big national company tried unsuccessfully three times to fix virtually, Security Services came to the house and took care of everything. We had them install a completely upgraded new system with outside video and the works, turns out all companies use the same monitoring services everyone else uses, so by switching to Security Services we got a better system and better service. John the owner came over to our house, explained everything in detail what his crew would be doing, and the guys that came to do the work explained every step of the process as well, we had 100% peace of mine through the entire process from beginning to end, something we never had with the big national company. I recommend this company and its processes 100%, you can make the call to Security Services and rest assured everything will be handled professionally, thoroughly and with respect to you and your property. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with them.

Knowledgeable and polite owner but poor customer service…read more I hired Mount Atlanta to install our surveillance system and video doorbells based on the yelp reviews. Ricardo the owner is soft spoken, polite and knowledgeable in what he does. He mostly oversaw the job remotely and had his less experienced team work on the job. The job took longer than expected. He did show up to the job site with the goal of finishing the work, however, he left without completing the job. There is a hole in the wall that Ricardo said he would come back and patch; and a video doorbell that Ricardo said he would come back and make audible (from inside the house) when someone rings the doorbell. Without an audible doorbell ringer, the video doorbell is not effective even when people are in the house. Notifications on the phone are unsatisfactory with regards to video doorbells because I don't always have my phone near me to see the video doorbell notification come through letting me know someone is at the door. There is a loud electrical buzzing sound that is coming from the video doorbell adapter. We unplugged this from the wall, therefore, we no longer have a working video doorbell. My experience with Mount Atlanta is not good because there has been no response regarding fixing our concerns once Ricardo got paid in full.

The technicians are great---they show up on time and know what they're doing. My alarm works really well---any time it goes off, the station calls me within 10 seconds to see if I need help. And the office staff, they're great! Very friendly, and helpful. I did a consult with ADT, but they hit me with a hard sell situation. I told the guy I wanted to think about it, and he accused me of wasting his time. I was astonished. Granted, he drove up from Atlanta, but I told him initially this would only be a consultation. He said he drove a long way to get to my house, and he felt like it was wasted time. I excused him promptly, slammed the door in his face, and called Atkins. I'm so glad I did. They are just wonderful from installation to service. And, they really seem to care about your peace of mind and want you to be happy with your system. I couldn't be happier with my system. Highly recommended.
