    T & W Tire

TL;DR: 4/5 stars because lack of appointments led to backup and longer wait times. GREAT Customer…read moreservice. The thing that stands out about T&W is their Customer Service. From my first phone call inquiring about prices to physically stepping in their store everyone I spoke to was pleasant and respectful. I shopped around and compared prices between Hibdon, Tirerack.com, and a few others and T&W had the best OTD price, so I went with them. In fact, when I was paying, a lady came in for a tire that needed filling up. They were too busy to get to her right away and she was in a hurry and didn't have any change. So the manager took 50 cents out of his pocket and directed her to the closest gas station with an air compressor. That's the kind of service I like to see! My only complaint is that they were so busy, it took longer than it should've for my new tires to get put on. It seems logical that they'd take appointments for something like new tire installation, since it's a bigger job, but maybe I didn't ask the right way.

We got a quote and eventually purchased 6 tires for our motorhome. We had to have new valve stems…read moreinstalled. After installation we inspected after it was pulled out of the shop (which i always recommend) I noticed no valve stems for inflating the inside tire. I returned to the store and someone from the back told me I could get on my hands and knees and reach back up in there to check the air pressure. Keep in mind I just paid several thousand dollars for tires. I told him that as not acceptable, he explained that our old ones were custom made and he did not have them. After some discussion he found extensions for the inside tires and had his guys attempt to put them on. His employees then noticed that the valve stems were not bent up to be able to even check the pressure on the tires. Had to return to shop to have them bend the valve stems up to put the extension on. Make sure to inspect your new tires.
