He handed us off to an employee for check out who was just as knowledgeable. They gave us good information on dog care places in the area also. We recently took our puppy to the vet for her first checkup and the vet said she is very healthy and from good breeding stock. Highly recommend!

I purchased a boxer puppy in late 2024 from her and within 2 months realized he had issues. He…read morewould wet his bed as he was sleeping and just lay in it. I took him to the vet thinking he had a urinary infection and found out after taking him to multiple specialists that he had a congenital kidney issue. He was diagnosed at Mizzou Veterinary at 6 months old with kidney failure. My sweet boy ended up passing at 1 year and 8 months of kidney failure. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars trying to get him care and to prolong his life, but ultimately this was a case of a congenital issue. I reached out to Tammy multiple times and she offered an apology but that's about it. Per her puppy guarantee she never offered another free puppy and she never even asked to see his vet records. Looking back I am concerned with how flippant she treated this issue. I am concerned with her claiming she didn't know anything was wrong with the puppy she sold me, as he was urinating so much even at a very young age, there was clearly an issue. I am concerned with how many litters she has at one time and I am concerned she does not selectively breed her dogs. I am also concerned that she does not show the buyer the parents or their living quarters. She has multiple litters with the same dame or stud multiple multiple times a year. She was still breeding the same parents that produced my boy and his failing kidneys which was a congenital issue! He lived a painful horrible life in kidney failure since birth. She loves to fight back in these reviews and argue which again shows me that will not take responsibility for the sick dogs she breeds. I would look into other options for a boxer puppy and save yourself a lot of heartbreak. She is threatening me with lawsuits for leaving this review.

My cat couldn't eat, could barely breathe, they said, "Oh the doctor took the day off, come back tomorrow." Early the next day the excuse was, "Oh we ONLY do those types of exams in the afternoon, we'll get to him when we get to him." Dead cat. After slicing him open, killing him with the anesthesia AND expecting to be PAID for not doing anything, the "doctor" said, "Oh he was hit by a car, nothing I could do." Wow a car IN the house and a car that caused NO skin abrasions or bruising. I'm going to Graff the next time I want an animal cared for, and I'll leave putting one to sleep to Whetstone, that seems to be their specialty. I'll also add they are so out of touch with what they're doing, a few months after killing my cat they sent a postcard telling me I needed to bring him in for his exam and shots! I can't tell you what I think about that bit of insensitivity and general "we really DON'T care unless it's cash or check" attitude because there are no polite words to describe that adequately . . .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a puppy from…read morethis company ask very specific questions about the puppy's health and what is covered after bringing them home. We brought home our 9-week-old puppy and shortly afterward discovered that he had fleas. We also learned that he had a yeast infection in his ears and ear mites. This was extremely stressful, especially with such a young puppy, and resulted in an unexpected veterinary visit and additional expenses. When we reached out to the company, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled. Rather than feeling supported after bringing home a very young puppy, we felt dismissed when we raised our concerns and expenses. I understand that puppies can develop health issues and that not every issue can be predicted or prevented. However, I expected much better communication, transparency, and support from the company after bringing home a puppy who was dealing with multiple issues so soon after purchase. The owner specifically said these were "natural" issues that can happen and the ears need to be cleaned out. Why should we be responsible for treating ear mites in our brand new puppy when we were unaware of the medical issues at the time of purchase. This experience was much more stressful than it should have been, and I would encourage future buyers to avoid this place at all costs. I would never recommend them to anyone.
