Well I get there Fri morning and guess what no pup so I get visibility upset and Bridget goes I tried calling yesterday when we didn't get him the plack for his yurn wasn't on wth and I go no you didn't try calling my husband and I both had our phones on and she goes yeah I called the wrong number? So why didn't you call one of ours then? So by now I sobbing and vet Becky comes out and goes what's going on and I tell her she hugs me and goes sometimes we try our best and it's not good enough BEST this is your best not one apology or one person willing to call the crematory till I throw a fit and then she escorts me because I'm making a scene I guess and puts me in a pantry with cow feed and goes here you can have privacy really you hide me in a closet????? So I went to my car and called my husband he was furious and said to get our other dogs records because we are not going back in all I waited an hour and a half for my pup that should have been there two weeks ago. A phone call and some communication would of went a long way but no and the old guy out front should of been fired for speaking to a client that way and he's made several mistakes when we've taken our dogs there you have to watch everything they do. First off when we called they quoted us 150 for 3 females and 140 for 3 males. We dropped them off in the morning and the vet didn't take any information on any of the cats only asked for my number which I gave him and he put on a little index card. As we were leaving we asked again how much it would be and he said something like "oh well I'll have to sit down and calculate it out" like it was exhausting and like he couldn't take 2 minutes to give us an exact amount. He ended up saying with the rabies vaccine it would be 50 for the males and 62 for the females and that we could just do the math. That would have been 336. Later that day we never received a phone call so I assumed they never got done and would finish in the morning. They still never called in the morning so I called them when I woke up around 1 and they said "oh yeah they were done yesterday at 1" they said they called but they never did. You'd also think they would've called first thing in the morning. Nope. Apparently they lost that note card they wrote my number on. They ended up charging us 372 which made the males 52 each and then charged us a 30$ boarding fee we were never even told about.

I purchased a boxer puppy in late 2024 from her and within 2 months realized he had issues. He…read morewould wet his bed as he was sleeping and just lay in it. I took him to the vet thinking he had a urinary infection and found out after taking him to multiple specialists that he had a congenital kidney issue. He was diagnosed at Mizzou Veterinary at 6 months old with kidney failure. My sweet boy ended up passing at 1 year and 8 months of kidney failure. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars trying to get him care and to prolong his life, but ultimately this was a case of a congenital issue. I reached out to Tammy multiple times and she offered an apology but that's about it. Per her puppy guarantee she never offered another free puppy and she never even asked to see his vet records. Looking back I am concerned with how flippant she treated this issue. I am concerned with her claiming she didn't know anything was wrong with the puppy she sold me, as he was urinating so much even at a very young age, there was clearly an issue. I am concerned with how many litters she has at one time and I am concerned she does not selectively breed her dogs. I am also concerned that she does not show the buyer the parents or their living quarters. She has multiple litters with the same dame or stud multiple multiple times a year. She was still breeding the same parents that produced my boy and his failing kidneys which was a congenital issue! He lived a painful horrible life in kidney failure since birth. She loves to fight back in these reviews and argue which again shows me that will not take responsibility for the sick dogs she breeds. I would look into other options for a boxer puppy and save yourself a lot of heartbreak. She is threatening me with lawsuits for leaving this review.

We absolutely…read moreloved Tiny Town Animal Clinic because that's where my two oldest Manning and Gracyn started off going for their shots and grooming (the staff there absolutely adored my pups). So coming here I was pretty nervous but the reviews all seemed great besides the few outliers that didn't phase me. For one, the vet is always clean and is pretty roomy. I like that it's not a small waiting room/ front desk area where it feels crammed and muggy. I also like the front desk people because as much as I've came to this vet, some of them start to recognize you and your dogs and it makes you feel welcomed. I'm not sure what the other reviews were talking about but every time I've been there, it was always the same few front desk people. If they were talking about the techs, then they need to know that vet techs come and go, we do live in a military town where people are constantly moving, and it's a lot of young faces so probably people who just got done with their program and looking to work. Lastly, I truly enjoy this vet because of the veterinarians. Dr. Hackworth is such a kind soul and you can tell just by one meet with him. He has always taken care of my three pups whenever we came in for their routine vaccinations. Anytime my babies had surgeries I always requested him. I'm sure they are all great though because they are under the watch of Dr. Hackworth. I have been coming to this vet for almost 2 years now and probably a lot more visits than majority of these reviewers due to the fact that I have 3 fur babies and there's been surgeries and multiple puppy shots that they had to get so this backs up my credibility of this review. Lastly, their prices are unbeatable. I've never been to such a nicely priced vet. Trust me- my first two pups have been spayed and neutered and my third one was the cheapest! I highly recommend this vet!
