It's a good thing for Whetstone there are no negative stars, that would properly indicate their level of incompetence. My cat couldn't eat, could barely breathe, they said, "Oh the doctor took the day off, come back tomorrow." Early the next day the excuse was, "Oh we ONLY do those types of exams in the afternoon, we'll get to him when we get to him." Dead cat. After slicing him open, killing him with the anesthesia AND expecting to be PAID for not doing anything, the "doctor" said, "Oh he was hit by a car, nothing I could do." Wow a car IN the house and a car that caused NO skin abrasions or bruising. I'm going to Graff the next time I want an animal cared for, and I'll leave putting one to sleep to Whetstone, that seems to be their specialty. I'll also add they are so out of touch with what they're doing, a few months after killing my cat they sent a postcard telling me I needed to bring him in for his exam and shots! We've been in to seenDr Melissa twice now. My little dog is very high maintenance. She's awesome. It's obvious she cares and knows her stuff. I highly recommend this vet. read more
