She knowingly sold me a puppy with a congenital usually fatal medical condition putting the puppy, myself and my family into months of discomfort, pain, stress and high medical bills. Zero remorse from Kathy, zero refunds and zero chance that it was unintentional. The heartbreak of having to euthanize a puppy that I struggled to keep alive still pains me. I called Kathy to tell her the news and she become very defensive claiming I killed the puppy, to which she needed proof that the dog was dead and that I needed to store it in my fridge until I could meet her 4 hours away at a McDonalds to deliver her the dead dog. After dealing with her ignorance, Kathy finally agreed to giving me a replacement puppy ( my now 3 year old ) I have dealt with many issues from angular limb deformity in his paw which required a 7k surgery, parasites, severe anxiety, and to now ongoing seizures. It has been a tough journey that I do not wish to anyone. Kathy needs and will be held accountable to ensure her healthiness and safety she claims to have in her dogs and business.

If I could give zero stars I would. We took 6 cats here and we still have 4 more we're wanting to…read moreget fixed but will not take them back here. First off when we called they quoted us 150 for 3 females and 140 for 3 males. We dropped them off in the morning and the vet didn't take any information on any of the cats only asked for my number which I gave him and he put on a little index card. As we were leaving we asked again how much it would be and he said something like "oh well I'll have to sit down and calculate it out" like it was exhausting and like he couldn't take 2 minutes to give us an exact amount. He ended up saying with the rabies vaccine it would be 50 for the males and 62 for the females and that we could just do the math. That would have been 336. Later that day we never received a phone call so I assumed they never got done and would finish in the morning. They still never called in the morning so I called them when I woke up around 1 and they said "oh yeah they were done yesterday at 1" they said they called but they never did. You'd also think they would've called first thing in the morning. Nope. Apparently they lost that note card they wrote my number on. They ended up charging us 372 which made the males 52 each and then charged us a 30$ boarding fee we were never even told about.
