This is by far the worst vet office I've ever been to! I told the dumb ass "doctor" that my dog was having trouble walking and standing on her hind legs. What does he do!? He intends to squeeze the piss out of her and make her cry, literally, and say she's a disobedient dog, and that if she was in Pain, she won't let me touch her at all. Instead of listening to me and what I was explaining, along with how she was acting, he kept making his own assumptions. I took her to another vet office to find out she has IVDD; never go to this joke of an Office! The guy named brown should be stripped of his fucking title! read more

I gave this 2 stars ONLY because Dr. Henderson is fantastic. She is compassionate, kind and treats your animals well. She has saved several of my goats. Dr. Frazier is absolutely terrible. He is rude, snarky and sarcastic. He has NO compassion and does not care about animals. I'm very disappointed that he continues to make money off of people just wanting good care for their animals. I do not recommend unless you can only get appointments with Dr. Henderson. read more

We went to the river with our two dog. Our babies one was bitten by a copperhead. Friday after 5pm. We both frantically called every vet in Lebanon. Even though say Emergency you get a fax. Marvin his face and throat was so swollen he couldn't lower his head by then I was freaking out, so went to the fire dept... No help there a to any hope of not having to drive 3 counties over. Looked up and saw Tera Cotta called phone went directly to the owners home. His assistant arrived first he followed and knew exactly what was wrong. This veterinary service has helped us out more than once. Their prices were very good, better than I can find anywhere else. They took the best care of my mastiffs. The vet even came to my home on short notice to help lead the way to peaceful for rest for our Big pup that had CHF. They have been there when we needed emergency services and the charge for three days was the price of four hours at a local vet in Osage Beach. I would trust them with any of my pets. It is a busy place. It is so nice to see the compassion. They know our dogs when we bring them in. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! This was a couple years ago... my Pomeranian needed his shots so I could get him boarded for a vacation. My dog not even the next morning (doesn't hurt a fly) tried to bite me when I attempted to pick him up, his insides hurt so bad and he was so sore from whatever they gave him. FOR A WHOLE WEEK, I had to take him up and down my stairs from my patio so he could go to the restroom. The vet wasn't even in the room longer than 5 minutes, didn't explain anything, just injected my dog with whatever was in the syringe and I didn't even have time to speak with him. He was in the next room as soon as he could. Since this incident, I've spoke to friends regarding this vet clinic and they have their own horror stories. PLEASE if you love your animals, go ELSEWHERE!!! We now go to an out of town vet and my Pomeranian is doing wonderful!! read more

SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE! My dog started getting open sores on his body and wasn't eating much, so I took him to our local vet in Waynesville. The vet there wasn't sure what the open sores were from so I paid them to do a biopsy and when the test results came back they couldn't tell me anything based on the results, THEY COULDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING!! My dog is older and not eating, his hair was falling out and he had open wounds on his belly. After spending $500 at my local vet with no results my co-worker told me of her vet in Lebanon, Dr. Frazier. 'Why not, nothing else is working why not get another opinion'. I took the biopsy results to Dr. Frazier and he examined my dog. He informed me that "not eating" is a sign of kidney failure and based on the biopsy and his current condition my dog has lupus and an enlarged heart. They kept my dog over the weekend just to run tests to see how bad his kidneys were, and I am glad to say my dog is doing better today. They told me he needed to be on a KD diet, specialty food for his kidneys and his vaccines are cheaper here than at the other vet. All I wanted was answers and I got them with Dr. Frazier! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! His faculty are super sweet and they CARE! I went back with my dog for a check up and he remembered us. Very personable and friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who are looking for answers. read more

Has been a very mixed bag with this clinic. We have been taking our cat and two dogs there for last year and a half. I have to give them credit for occasions where they worked one of our pets in right away. I will also say that they do seem very knowledgeable, and a couple of the assistants are super sweet.However, after this past couple of experiences we will never return other than to get necessary records. We had scheduled to get our year old Lab neutered. When the assistant took him back for procedure, instead of walking him normally, she literally dragged him. I could have helped get him back or she could have used the leash and harness he was wearing. Instead she put one of their rope leashes on him and dragged him. So, i go to pick him up later in the afternoon and also to take my 5 yr old shepherd in for a skin issue. When he put shepherd on table he practically threw him down. Then when he was looking at my dogs belly, he yanked his leg back causing him to yelp. Anyway, he was treated and sent home with meds. I let it go because I still believed he was a good vet. I paid and took both dogs home. Instructions for neutered male were to notify them asap if dog was pulling at stitches. We had him neutered on a Tues and noticed on following Fri that he was indeed pulling at stitches and area red and infected looking. So we called right when vet opened Sat and were asked to send a pic. We did this and received text to bring him in, they needed to look at it. My husband took him in pronto and the vet barely glanced at area after manhandling and basically throwing dog on his back. Only instructions were to fit him with a cone. No concern whatsoever. Area is bright red, skin very warm to touch, and there is a spot where wound is actually open and has yellow/green drainage. Very disgusted with the cold demeanor of this vet and cruel treatment by him as well as staff. I can only hope our dog isnt too sick by Monday when we find another vet. I wouldve recommended this place a while back but certainly not now. Its a shame I have to find another vet because this one doesnt care enough to follow through. read more
