This used to be a good place with great pizza when the original owner was making the food. I just ordered two slices and a drink and it was the worst pizza that I've ever had honestly. No flavor whatsoever, being a previous restaurant owner myself I can tell that they are using very low quality ingredients, the sauce is straight out of a can and the cheese chewed like rubber. The taste of bad water is in their fountain soda. Horrible and will never be back and I do not recommend it to anyone. read more

Ordered from DoorDash which came an hour late. This seems to be a common theme with them. Pizza was decent. Also my order was wrong. I wanted a roll and they gave me a small pie instead. Not the end of the world. However, I won't be a returning customer. I'm sure ordering in person might be better. read more

My husband and I have eaten inside a few times and enjoyed the food. Take out service has been terrible. Prices when ordering online are much higher than what is listed on their website. We paid $30 for a 16" pizza. But the most disappointing part was that I ordered Meatball and Peppers Parmesan which I love and have ordered multiple times and it came with no cheese! read more

Legit some of the best pizza I've had in the Valley. Crust is perfectly crisp, toppings are perfect amount and you can't beat that cheese pull. Mozzarella sticks taste homemade and don't leave that weird after taste that a lot of places have. Fries are crisp, not greasy with a little bit of seasoning. The guys behind the counter were quick and efficient. Food came out hot and within just a few minutes. It wasn't super busy when we got there around 630, the place was clean, well lit. Bathroom was clean. read more

I go here for lunch occasionally. The place is clean and the food is generally good. I like the crunch and chew of their pizza crust. Prices are good. Cooks and Order takers are friendly. I tried their stromboli, it isn't rolled and the sauce is on the side. More like a calzone. Folded and shaped like a taco. It was IMO too full of oily cheese and short on the meats and vegetables. read more

This place is close to the hotel that I'm staying in & came very highly recommended . They do deliver but the few times that I've had their food... I've stopped in & taken the food to go. The minute you walk in... you're hit with the delicious smell of spices & garlic . I've had the pizza which was perfect in my book. I'm a New Yorker... we know pizza. Crust was soft with a bit of a crunch. Sauce was delicious & obviously fresh and had plenty of cheese! My favorite was the shrimp scampi!! Absolutely to die for. The flavors & spices were spot on and.... they obviously make it with roasted garlic! Definitely give them a try !!!! read more

Potsys is a nice place for good food. There pizzas are really good and there pastas are good as well. There customer service is good as well as there location close to where I work so it's very convenient for me. I personally recommend the tortellini Alfredo and the garlic knots they are fantastic. read more

Ive been eating here for years and im usually content with my food but tonight broke my heart. Prices have increased just like everywhere and everything else but when i opened the box and saw my cheese steak tonight it made me realize how bad things really are. Ive picked bigger things out of my teeth after a meal. It was basically on a hot dog bun and theres more meat on a soft taco from the bell for a quarter of the price. They should be ashamed to hand that to a customer. Bottom line, i will never order from there again. read more

We used to get pizza and take-out from other local pizza places, but decided to give Potsy a try. We really were missing out. Their pizza, subs, stromboli are really good - but our favorite are the garlic knots. They are so flavorful and full of oil and garlic. We get them every single time we order. Everyone has been friendly and nice customer service. We ordered from them through the whole pandemic but I never wrote a review until today. Keep up the good work guys! read more

The service was HORRIBLE today. After waiting over an hour for my two slices of pizza & beef patty, I decided to call the restaurant to check on the status of my order and got the phone hung up in my face... MULTIPLE times smh. Whoever was answering the phones today had an AWFUL attitude and AWFUL customer service. They are the reason you just lost a loyal customer. NEVER again. read more

We were staying at the Comfort Inn and not familiar with the area. With two small children, did not want to run out after driving all day. Looked for a place that delivers and Potsy's name came up. Called to verify delivery and a nice gentleman answered the phone and took our order of pizza and cheesesteaks. Was told 40 minutes. They delivered in 25 right to our door. Both the pizza and sandwiches were excellent. So happy we stumbled upon Potsy's. Highly recommend. read more

Just got finished driving 10 hours plus today and decided to look around for a restaurant so potsy Pizza and decided to give it a try. Found out that the food is excellent, I had the chicken alfredo, the sauce was perfectly creamy yet little bit juicy and the chicken proportions were more than handsome and perfectly prepared. The noodles were just the type of tenderness that you would want a noodle to be. Had the salad with red onion, cucumbers and tomatoes which tasted excellent with the ranch dressing and they also came out with homemade garlic bread that was dynamite. When I drive my truck over the road again this way I will be back. The service was polite prompt, quick and incredibly friendly. This place is highly recommended! read more

I give Potsy a rock solid 4. Almost a 5 for the Sicilian pie & service was pristine. The pierogis will be slightly disappointing if you're polish but if not they might be higher. Zero complaints & I'll be ordering from them again anytime in this area read more

The reviews must be family because this place sucks... I went in to Potsy at 11:15 on a Thursday... They had 3 slices on the counter that had to be from yesterday... I asked for a slice and he picked one of those old slice up and threw it in the oven... Thanks for the dry crappy pizza!!! I will never return to this place again... My regular pizza place is right across the street... GO THERE !!!!!! This place is a joke and I'm not laughing!!!!! Thought I would give Potsy a try and change it up... I'm not making very good decisions today... read more

Amazing this place receives these reviews. See for yourself. Similar to what I would call carnival, bowling alley, rolling skating rink pizza. Place is large and clean. Staff is friendly enough. Prices are good. Pizza is fair at best. Across the street you will find REAL NY style pizza with homemade sauce and crispy Italian crust. Worth crossing the street. read more

I was in the area helping out restore power in the area due to a violent winter storm. I decided to check out the yelp app to see what was in my area for lunch. I read a few reviews and quickly made my decision to choose this establishment. All I can say us that out of a 1-10 I give them a 20. Excellent staff, great eats, clean and friendly atmosphere. I have a allergy that prevents me from eating any tomato based sauce so I enjoy a chicken, bacon, ranch pizza quite frequently. Absolutely hands down the best I have ever had!!!!!!!! A huge thank you to the great employee that made my pizza. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment. ~Shawn~ read more

The pizzas aren't that great but the rest of there options are pretty good. Even though there paninis aren't actual paninis they're stacked with whatever you put on them and are really big. The pizza is yummy. A little on the thicker side but still delicious. I've ordered delivery and it always arrives very quickly and piping hot.
