They were very hard working, did the laundry, vacuumed, and mopped the entire house. They put in a lot of effort, paid close attention to detail, and were very sweet people throughout the process. I really appreciate their hard work and will definitely reach out again when I need cleaning services in the future!

Within hours of me filling out the Yelp form, they were in my home, and by that afternoon they sent a quote and we scheduled a date. All communications - details, appointment confirmation/reminder, arrival - were communicated clearly and timely basis via Yelp and text. Susana inquired if there were any specific cleaning products I liked, and used those I requested for the floors and stainless steel. On cleaning day they arrived equipped with all tools and supplies. Their crew of 4 total spent 6-1/2 hours cleaning my house. There was a kitchen specialist and a bathroom specialist, with the other two going room-by-room to the other areas of the house. The outcome was wonderful. It felt as if the bathrooms were detailed by hand and the kitchen feels brand new! All other areas of the home were detailed as well, with all surfaces being cleaned. Also, the house smelled great. It was a treat to have this team do in a day what I usually do over many weeks! I can't recommend this team enough. In addition to presenting themselves professionally before the job, they were super-professional and diligent while working. They know what they are doing and do it with a quiet pride. Thank you!

After initial cleaning I checked my credit card and discovered the charge was higher than the agreed amount. I called, they apologized and refunded me. My weekends have been FULL and cleaning hasn't happened. Other than kitchens and bathrooms, trash and laundry there has been NO cleaning here in weeks AND, despite living here for 5 months, we haven't fully unpacked. In despair I placed a Yelp! Project bid request for another company and Bright also responded. They were the only company who offered three people at an amazing rate and almost immediate time. I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! And be prepared to tip these ladies, they WILL EARN IT. (And no they don't ask or expect it), they're Uber professional. Saved my sanity.
