Courteous and clean salon. Reasonably priced. I bring my daughters once in a while and the women are always accommodating and treat them with the level of pampering they want (and maybe deserve!). I've only ever done regular mani pedis and have no complaints. They're usually busy on the weekend so call ahead. The space is small. There are only 3 pedi chairs. The rest are mani stations. Everything is clean and orderly. I've never had to wait with an appointment. Parking is easy in the village. It's located on the side facing the Walgreens parking lot. Told the woman I needed an acrylic fill. She did not tell me they don't do acrylic nails... She starts filing down the acrylic and the next thing I know she's wrapping my fingertips with foil ... she proceeded to remove all acrylic and said she would "do dip." By the time, I realized what she was doing. It was too late. I do not like the dip process. I told her that. After being in this location for so many years, the language barrier should not be a problem. She did not understand me, and I could not understand her. I ended up just having her cut all my nails down, and put on clear polish just so I could get out of there. I now have to go to another place and have a new full set of acrylic nails put on (which I have not done in years!). All I wanted was a fill!!!!! Be upfront and honest with your customers and learn to speak english clearly. read more

Very expensive, first off. I am not the biggest fan of the additional $25 charge for gel polish even if you have your own gel polish. However the place is very clean and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Pretty small salon, only 5 pedi chairs but they do a good job for certain. read more

The salon is CLEAN, beautiful and accommodating. I am extremely picky about my nails and I am consistently impressed by the artisanship, thoroughness, and gentleness of Rose. I am so grateful for the text confirmations and reminders of my appointments. People were nice, so I'm sad to report that after a pedicure here, my toe nails are whitish yellow, weak and ragged which I believe is a fungal infection. My toenails were healthy before the pedicure which is why I was shocked to see the result when I removed the nail polish. I noticed the paint chipping faster than usual, but I didn't realize it was was my nails actually falling apart. read more

I'd never recommend this nail salon to anyone I've been to so much better. I would give zero stars if that was possible! They charge extra for everything and their customer service is terrible! All I did was going to get a simple acrylic removal which is usually $10 anywhere else but was $15 there. I really didn't care so I got it done anyway. When I was finished they charge me $25! She said it's an extra $10 to put oil on my cuticle that I didn't even ask for! She didn't even get all of the acrylic off of my fingernails. I went back to tell them to get all of the acrylic off my fingernails especially since I was ripped off and then once they were finished they told me to never come back trust me and I won't and I'll make sure no one else does either! read more

Super over-priced for what you get. I've been here twice and both times got a very mediocre manicure with a 30-second hand massage. Nails were uneven in length with a weird shape, combined with overly-aggressive and painful cuticle shoving. Don't waste your time or money coming here for a pedicure. After making an "appointment" (I use the term loosely because they could have cared less that I had an appt) I was given a 20 minute pedicure. For $33. Efficient nail service. Very reasonable price, especially in this location. Always pleasant. Nail treatment lasts long enough. Walk ins are okay, if there is time slot on schedule. (i try to call, even if its for half hour or less. Staff is consistent, though i dont request or often have the same technician. Watched for cleanliness (read earlier comment...I saw no evidence of problems, and i know what to look for). If its that the staff speaking a foreign language that makes you uncomfortable, you will miss out on a lot in today's world. This staff is well trained and responsive. read more

I have come here on and off for 10 years. I only come when I'm desperate as this is the closest nail place in the area (sadly for us residents). The service is going way down hill. The owner "Sonny" and the 2nd in command woman (don't know name) are not friendly, nor is most of the staff. I will say I've seen a male come in and they all smile, jump up and welcome him as if he were royalty (what's with that!?!). If you want 'in and out' in 15 mins, this is your place. My manicure today was 15 mins. I even had an appt that I had to wait for- as I saw 2 others waiting, they let walk-ins come, saying 'just 5 mins'- who are they kidding?? I've made appts numerous times, yet sat waiting for someone to take me so they can jam in more appts. I get the margins are low, but these ladies are making $18 in less than 15 mins. My babysitters don't get that in an hour, and have way more responsibility (and can speak english). It's all about the $, this place is way overpriced, the service is incredibly rushed and as I sat there watching someone, yet again, rush my manicure on a table that was less than clean, I thought, "it's time for my Yelp review". Clearly they own the market in the Village area so you get whatever they want to provide. The manicure is 'meh', depends on the polish if it stays on (which you will pay more for). So buyer beware: for $18 you pay for a 'regular' manicure, keep your expectations and patience in check! read more

This is by far, the best nail salon in the area. It is fairly priced, almost no wait time, even on walk-ins and the staff are neat, clean, and courteous. They don't talk on their cell phones or eat at their stations as I've seen in many other places. The instruments are clean and they do a great job.
