So when repairman came back to place the replacement windshield for the one thst shattered he came extra early again, I wasn't there so he could not open vehicle and when He took out the shattered windshield shards of glass got everywhere that were not visible and it cut my hand, was in my dashboard, seats, vents of dashboard, flooring, just everywhere. It was completely awful. I'm thankful it didn't get into my eye etc. I called the company and owner came out to vacuum it and apologized but that never should have taken place. Thank God I didn't have a child that needed to be in the passenger seat. I chose this company due to good rating but sorely dissapointed. I know the piece is not a normal piece of glass to get replacement and Frank assured me they can secure the parts by Monday. I reached out to a few other business and either nobody can service the roof glass, or I got quoted a crazy amount. I decided to wait in the shop as I was the first appointment for the day. I did have someone walk in without an appointment and they were able to give them a timeframe and begin working on their car shortly. Note that some of the photos on yelp so that they are at the very end of the unit but looks like they moved to a middle unit. Google maps is up to date on the location so refer to that.

All of the staff at Auto Glass Express - Chantilly were incredibly polite and professional. I watched in horror as the chip spread across half my windshield, making me ineligible for free Safelite repair. I reached out for quotes from local small business and the folks at Yellowstone quickly responded, talked me through the process, and dealt with the headache that is my insurance company. I had a hiccup (thanks to the aforementioned headache of an insurance company) and ended up having to spend all day at their shop but it was an insanely pleasant experience. Eventually, I drove off with a new, spotless, OEM windshield and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service, professionalism, and knowledge from the entire Yellowstone team.
