The selection of international foods was incredible. My husband and I found products that we hadn't seen since traveling abroad, which made the visit especially nostalgic and fun. It truly felt like taking a culinary trip around the world without leaving the store. One of the unique features is that adults can purchase a beverage from one of the small bars inside the market and enjoy it while browsing the aisles. Combined with the incredible variety of foods, snacks, spices, and specialty items, there was always something new to discover around every corner. We could have spent hours exploring and still not seen everything. Every time I've been there I have been treated well by staff, until today…read more I was on the middle of a transaction, or so I thought when the person waiting on me left to take care of others without a word. Apparently she thought I was done with my order. If she said something, it was under her breath and I didn't hear it. I had other items to purchase. I wait until everyone else is taken care of, about 10 to 15 minutes. Then asked if I can be helped by the same person that waited on me the first time. I told her that she was working in my order and then was told she was finished. Unfortunately I said a curse word when I said it would have been nice to have been told that. A Karen came over and without trying to see what the issue was immediately told me that if I'm going to curse, "you can get out of my store and we won't sell you anything else". Paid for my other order and was given attitude the entire time. She had this smart ass attitude and grin. I then told her I wouldn't be back and she said "good I have plenty of other customers". I was offered no help with my over $300 order to get it in my car, as has always been the case at this location. So I graded my items one at a time and left with a purposeful curse this time. "Adios MFers" ...followed by Karen again telling me to never shop there again, like she did something there. Not to worry. I followed DEP to this location and had been a regular customer for years. Never again. Should I have cursed ? Absolutely not. Should I have been confronted that way without any concern for the underlying issue? Also absolutely not. Karen needs to find a job not in a liquor store, maybe a day care so she does hear any curse words. Go somewhere else, Northern KY is full of great stores.

From the greeting to the check out the customer service was AMAZING! It is a "gas station" but the main focus is craft beer. The entire building is really really clean inside and out. They do have gas and other normal gas station items such as snacks and cigarettes. Jeff prices all craft beer reasonably and will even take requests to order items. He has everything from single 12 ounces to bombers. Very impressive selection. I will definitely will be a returning customer as well telling all of my friends about this craft beer gem.

I shared the types of wines I prefer and what I'd be interested in learning more about. I was given a brief tour and recommendations were made. I purchased 5 bottles of wine. Additionally, I asked about a specific wine type my favorite Petit Chablis from France which I've purchased in OH. The person who helped me is checking to see if he can get me six bottles of it. Fingers crossed. So excited about my new fund and I look forward to my next visit.

I love that they give you a list at the beginning so you know the wines that you are tasting and where they come from. I love the fact that they have a lot of different wines for you to choose from and that they vary in pricing. I also like that you can get small bottles of some of the wines if you are not sure if you'd like it and can mix and match 6 for $19.99. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you are unsure of anything.
