a bag of chips and a bag of bacon
Wendi K.

My sandwich was kind of sad :') $17+ for the teeny sandwich, soup, and a bag of chips! (The prices were inflated for grub hub). Pretty sure I requested topping additions that weren't added. However, the quality and freshness of the bread and meat were great! I've heard good things about Potbelly so maybe it was just a big order and a bad day!

Potbelly is a pretty decent sandwich shop. Definitely one of the better chain sandwich shops and super high quality. We decided to stop in for lunch yesterday since we haven't been to Potbelly in a while. I had decent expectations knowing I remembered liking Potbelly before. We came in at noon and it wasn't busy at all, so they took our order immediately. It was super hot inside the shop, and also really smokey from the oven they toast their sandwich's on. Every sandwich here is toasted and hot after they put meats and cheeses on, which I do enjoy. Our food was all delicious, they had a little bit of a confusion with online orders and our sandwich, but it was quickly resolved. Overall I liked Potbelly and would recommend trying it at least once.

Hair in my sandwich

I use to love ordering from this sandwich shop until I discovered a hair in my sandwich tonight. So gross and unsanitary. I won't be ordering again.

Box of sandwiches with chips & cookies

We ordered on the app last night a box of sandwiches for my son's birthday party to pick up today at Potbelly Bothell. This morning we got a call from the manager of Potbelly Redmond who informed us the Bothell manager had an emergency, but the Redmond shop would fulfill our order & deliver it to our door. Our sandwiches were here right on time, delicious as always, and all our guests asked us about Potbelly since they really liked the food. We were very impressed with the customer service of both shops! We loved Potbelly already, but after today, they're on a whole other level regarding customer care in our book. Thank you! Also - if you're looking for a recommendation: get the italian with hot peppers

Left: pizza sandwich. Right: Italian.

I called in an order for pick up and got the pizza sandwich and the Italian both on multigrain. When I got there in like 10-15 minutes, it was already waiting for me. The total for two sandwiches was $12.65 which is not bad at all! My original thought was, "I will eat half of each sandwich and then save the other halves for tomorrow." However, when I got the sandwiches, they were smaller than I was expecting. One sandwich was smaller than the length of a Comcast Xfinity remote (it was the only thing I had in arm's reach). Combining the smaller sandwich sizes with my hunger at the time, I ended up eating both sandwiches. However, they were very good! Pizza Sandwich ($5.65) - I love meat so I had to get sandwiches with a lot of meat. However, the mushrooms really added a lot of variety in the taste. Italian ($5.85) - I preferred this more than the pizza sandwich as it tasted more like a sandwich with the lettuce and the tomato. I liked the taste of the meats in this sandwich more. Another thing: on the bottom of my receipt, there was a coupon for $2 a sandwich or a salad that expired in two days. I figured since I liked it I would go back the next day to take advantage of the deal and got the Italian again which cost a total of $4.24 after the $2 discount. Great deal!

This place is located right off of the highway I-405 on Beardslee Blvd. It is on the first floor of a mixed development complex with plenty of parking available. The place offers both indoor and outdoor dining and service is fast. The food also tastes great. They have delicious toasted sandwichs and old-fashion milk shakes.

If you want a dry, tasteless sandwich, order the chicken bacon ranch. Worst $11 I've spent. I took two bites and threw it in the trash.

Tried the Skinny TKY as it was Weight Watchers friendly. Very good with the multi grain bread. Hot peppers are definitely Hot.

The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the heat levels are no joke -- I went medium and had just the right amount of burn without losing the flavor. The Hangry Sando on a brioche bun with cider slaw and pickles is a must-order -- the combination of textures and that signature Hangry sauce is chef's kiss. The waffle fries are consistently crispy and hold up well even if you're taking it to go, which is rare. We also tried the chicken wrap and the mac dish, and both were solid. Generous portions too -- you're definitely not leaving hungry (pun intended). The staff was friendly and the order came out fast. It is a little expensive but what place isn't now a days? Whether you're eating in or ordering delivery, the quality stays on point. So glad the Kirkland location is right up the road. If you haven't been yet, just go. You won't regret it

I suggested fast-casual, and he promptly discovered Coastline Burgers like he'd uncovered a hidden gem. Meanwhile, I had a flashback to a fancy dinner here with my husband back in 2008 in the Historic Stone House of Redmond--so clearly, we were both feeling nostalgic and hungry. First win: **parking.** In downtown Redmond. A true miracle. Second win: the vibe--warm, welcoming, cozy, and matched perfectly by genuinely friendly staff. My son kept it classic: plain cheeseburger, fries, and a cookies-and-cream milkshake. His official review: "Five out of five stars." His unofficial review: intense nodding while eating and zero leftovers. So yes, according to a very serious teenage food critic, this place is elite.

I wanted to like Coastline Burgers more than I had, especially since it's always a busy spot in…read moredowntown Redmond in the most charming building that's still standing when everything else is modernizing. But unfortunately, just like when I first tried Coastline Burgers in Kirkland, I thought it was A-O-K. Some positives of Coastline Burgers are that there's dedicated parking right by the building, is centrally located to the park, Redmond Town Center and other businesses downtown, and the friendly staff and outdoor seating. Again, the stone house building that Coastline snagged is truly a win for the place since it's one of the few historic buildings still standing in the area. But when it comes down to the actual food, the reason why you come here, I can't say I was all that jazzed. I ordered the classic burger with an extra patty, fries and a side of ranch. Is it weird that the best part of my meal was their house-made ranch? I know my ranches, and this one slaps. It's zesty, creamy and flavorful, which is what you need for dipping. This made the skinny fries all the more tolerable. However, I should say that in general, I'm not a fan of skinny fries where you need to grab a bunch to chomp on. But they're decent. They were crispy and freshly fried, so that was cool. But the burger was the biggest disappointment. I think the bun to beef ratio was off, tasting more of the dry bun than anything else. The beef itself was not bad, but wish it was just a tad more seasoned, especially to cut through the dry bun. But it was juicy and not well-done, which I liked, including my dog! Overall, for getting a burger in downtown Redmond in a casual spot where you don't have to wine and dine, Coastline Burgers is one of the few options to do so, if not the only one...question mark? If you're willing to spend more and not in a hurry, I'd recommend walking over to one of the restaurants around that serves a quality burger.
