I don't often find new comfort food spots to love. I have my tried and trues and it takes some really good food to be added to the list. Enter Pot Pot Noodle! Like I said, this spot is comfort food. Tasty noodle soup and bubble tea = my instant heaven. I've also had their chicken teriyaki over rice which was surprisingly good. The Pot Pot Rice Bowl (minced pork over rice) also surprised me. It's not something I would normally order but was very happy with. The chicken pot noodle with Udon and mild spicy sauce is my go to. The food came packaged nicely, on time and was still warm but the actual taste and flavor left a lot to be desired. The ramen itself was flavorless, the noodles were stuck together and the chicken was tough and chewy. Pork slices were fatty and the egg yolk was raw in the middle. I understand that some quality is sacrificed when getting a delivery but overall the food was inedible. I also ordered chicken gyoza which came burnt, as pictured below . In regards to the food, it was just not that good. Very much like your regular chinese restaurant: Chicken Teriyaki was horrible. We hoped they were at least a relatively filling appetizer for the price, but it unfortunately wasn't. I loved their takoyaki! It's freshly cooked and delicious. I didn't like their kobe beef it's too thinly sliced beef over lots of rice and cabbage. It's too pale looking and not enough beef proportion. I ordered the bubble tea too and it was good. They just put in too many ice, I would have preferred that they didn't put too many ice on it so I can enjoy the drink more for that steep price of $6! For quick food this is good place to go to. But di t expect much. I'll go back for their takoyaki, skip the beef and and probably the bubble tea on a hot summer night. They're open until 9:30pm from 11am. More like3 1/2 stars. Is Pot Pot Noodle as good and as spicy as the lamb hot pot I obsess over from New World Mall food court in Flushing? No, not at all. But, their pot noodles serve up a similar, a albeit slightly watered down version. The broth is passable but leaves plenty of room for improvement. The ingredients however are very fresh and of good quality. My soup came full of crystal noodles, cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, seaweed and bok choy. I opted to add extra beef, shrimp, fish balls, veggies and an egg that tasted like it'd been boiled in soy. With all the additions, my soup came to $17.50 and that's a bit much. But while I still longed for my tastier(and far less expensive!)soup from that Flushing food court, this was an ok substitute that also provided the added convenience of delivery to my door via Uber Eats. I love the convenience, roll order again when in the mood for hot pot but too lazy to go to Flushing. read more

I just picked up their matcha tea with bubbles. It was more sweet than anything. Need more Matcha less sugar. The place didn't really have that professional feel to it. I am so happy we tried this place. Best chicken teriyaki I have ever had. My husband had the medium spicy shrimp ramen bowl and he loved it but it was too spicy for me. I am hauling ass back there next week for date night again. Well worth the trip. Also, there is free parking at atlas for the first hour so there's that incentive. This is one spot you don't want to go to if you are looking to fulfill your big appetite. It should do its best and stick to making boba teas. The only good food here is the fries. I payed almost $40 for a super small portion and a disgusting dry taste of their teriyaki chicken and nasty weird flavored rice, two thumbs down for the food. No, this isn't the best pot noodles or ramen I've ever had but I wasn't expecting that from a little store in the middle of the mall. The food is actually pretty good and a great addition to the area where we are exhausted with chain restaurants and Chinese takeout.
