I called for pricing & turn around time, they were very reasonable & fast. Less than 24hours, & it was only that "long" because they were down a person. When I went to pick up the order, it was perfect & Marty was very empathetic about what it was. (My sister & her fiancé have had to postpone their wedding due to the Coronavirus outbreak.) This is an amazing local business that does excellent work at great prices. It sucks. There's no other words for it. You go in there to ask a couple questions and Cory the lady at the front desk seems so bothered by the fact that someone walked into the store. She can't even be bothered to actually help. This is the second time I've gone in there to get something. She's always giving me excuses as to why a copy can't be made. Just lazy. read more

My review is on sending a package to our military (FPO address). I admit, most of this is on me, as I did not shop around. Believe me, I won't make that mistake again. It was a fairly large box, with goodies for my brother, in the Navy. It weighed 17 lbs., and was 21x16x14. I almost had a kitten right there, when he gave me the total. . . $131.65. I should have left right then, but I thought, well, if that's how much it is, then it is what it is. THEN, he tells me it has to go through the Post Office, and that they would get it over there today. Geeze, that's mighty big of you. I had no idea that it had to go through the Post Office. If I did, I would have just taken it there, it is like a mile down the road, maybe two. I said, I don't suppose there's a military discount? This is what he said . ."no, I wouldn't make any money then". So, I Ieft. The longer I thought about it, the more upset I got. So, I went home and got on the USPS website, just to see how much it would have cost if I took it to the Post Office myself . . . $73.55! I guess a $58.10 profit for less than 5 min. of filling out the paperwork and charging my credit card, oh and driving my package, along with however many other packages, down to the Post Office isn't enough profit. Lesson learned . . . DO NOT TAKE PACKAGES THAT YOU ARE SENDING TO FPO ADDRESSES TO THIS PLACE OR ANY PLACE LIKE IT. TAKE THEM DIRECTLY TO THE POST OFFICE. read more

Horrible Customer Service. I made my first visit into Post Net today and it will be my last. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and he began by being a jerk to the customer in front of me. Life is too short and I refuse to do business with rude people. I went down the street, paid less, and was treated like a human being. read more

I encountered an issue which I found as rather irritating, I would bring a preaddressed paid box in and set it on the counter and I asked the lady there for a receipt. She told me to just leave the paackage. I kindly asked again for a receipt. She said all it has is the tracking number on it. I said I would like a receipt. She said I could write the tracking number down and handed me pen and paper. By now, I'm sure she could have just honored my request but for some reason, maybe a paper shortage by them, she didn't want to scan the package and print out the receipt. This happpened a few times when I entered the business and I would know I was in for hassle. To me, it was proof I dropped it off and yes as soon as the carrier picked it up and scanned it, then it was in their system. But if it's a valuable car part which mine were, I can at least go back on Postnet IF THEY LOSE THE PACKAGE! Otherwise it's my word against theirs but it seems that receipt is just to big of burden to this lady. And the sad part is, there wasn't any other customer in the place. Their place is convenient on my way in to town but to go through the hassle with the lady, I'll take it to a business that can use the revenue. read more

I've had a box here for a few years and was happy and willing to overlook Mr. Conklin. Mr. Conklin returned one of my packages without bothering to look at the name and this little stunt has cost me $200.00 when this part should of saved me $$$. The girls there are great and when I questioned them they assured me they don't send packages back especially if they just had arrived within a few hours. The girls were just as shocked. I had arrived and spoke to him while he was fumbling around with something else and he claimed there was no package for me. I had followed its tracking for a week and even had a conversation as Conklin signed for it.What the hell is that about, it's not like he is a new employee that made a mistake. He just does his job terribly. He has horrible customer service manners...when you step up to the desk he never gives you his attention he is always doing something else or mentally in another place, he dismisses you without dismissing you! He should not be in customer service if he doesn't care to be waiting on people. He is what I would consider one of those people who has his head up his own @#*!! Wouldn't of done this review but when I saw he posted a review with many stars then I was mad, angry, disgusted and decided to call him out! Who is accountable??? read more
