Don't want to sh*t all over this place, it's old and dirty inside. Clearly the place for the local homeless and old people to do their laundry. Driers barely dry the clothes but we've been to worse laundromat. The lady working here is nice though. read more

Half their machines don't work !!! When I told the person that works there the dryer died last week with 30 minutes left on it, she said: too bad, can't do nothing about it. , I give it a Zero They get away with lousy customer service because they are the only Laundromat in Payson read more

I dont understand some of these bad reviews. This is the best laundromat I've ever been to. There is always an attendant who is constantly cleaning the machines and who is always so helpful. The place is huge and it is very clean. The dryers usualy take about 5 quarters, $1.25 total to dry a load. That is cheap! I highly recommend this place. read more

It's pretty rundown and looks pretty seedy. We quickly did some laundry and got out as soon as we could. Still better than the one in Pine, where only 3 washers and 2 dryers work. read more

The laundromat itself is good - solid 3 stars! Some of the customers, however, are creepy af. Bring a friend! After our washing machine went out, we needed to do a couple of loads of laundry while we waited for a replacement part. We headed into the Payson Laundry Mat. This laundromat only has staff for part of the day. We started our laundry while there was someone on duty & as we were parked out front, were able to watch our machines from the car. Once the on duty person left, the clientele shifted. It went from families doing laundry to a shady man that was peering into obviously taken machines (ours & 2 others). There were plenty of available machines & the remaining time is clear on the display; there was no reason to be looking into the machine we were using. He did this to 2 other remaining women doing laundry as well. When I went in to check on our laundry, this man stared at me the whole time. I was so uncomfortable, my husband came in with me to grab our 2 loads of laundry before taking them home to dry. This strange man stared at me again while retrieving the laundry with my man... I thought he might be waiting for the machine we had been using. Nope... he took the open one immediately next to ours. The same one that HAD BEEN available while peering into mine. He then checked the machine we'd been using for anything left behind - a machine he was not using. Once he confirmed nothing was there, he closed the door & went back to his machine. He loaded a single load & went outside. I'm not sure why he was so fascinated with our laundry, but it was a bit creepy. While I'd use Payson Laundry Mat again if I needed to, I would make sure that it was while someone was on duty & still bring someone else along, just for safety reasons. read more

The dryers Don't dry. After feeding quarters upon quarters in I had to take clothes home to dry. I had six dryers, so my clothes were spread out. 25 cents for 4 minutes. The machines are out of date. Newer coin laundry have dollar entry rather than just a quarter at a time read more

Had to rush into town to a load of wash (from out of town). Clean facility and not crowded while I was there. Must use quarters, so dryer took about $0.75-1.25 to fully dry large load. But washers worked great. read more

Traveling and this is the only place in town. Went in and opened 12-15 washers to find dirty and pet hair in them. Another customer was complaining about grease all over her clothes from another washer. Last time I was here I washed in one of the 35 lb washers the towels and blankets weren't spun out. Took forever to dry and dryers here are 4 min for 25 cents. It takes $2 to dry jeans. It's the only one listed in so I guess that's why it's still in business. read more

I thought I'd give this laundromat a try while visiting despite the most recent review. I'm glad I did. It was very clean & there was an older lady In there that was so helpful & friendly(Assuming she's the owner.) The crowd in the laundry mat were generally clean cut individuals or older retires. It had a good flow of traffic, but had more than enough machines(I went around noon on a Wednesday). It does have soap you can purchase. The prices for the machines themselves were more than reasonable and quite cheap compared to other laundromats I've been to recently. I paid $2.50 for a load on the washing machine and $.25 for 5 minutes on the dryer. To recap, I would recommend this location to those in need of a laundromat in the Payson area. read more

This laundromat is the most filthy laundromat I've been in. The washers all smell like mold, they leak, the floor looks like it might fall through where they sit. The dryers use cool air, the clothes are never dry. Someone is making an awful lot of money and doing NO upkeep. Almost half the washers and dryers do not work. read more

This used to be a clean and well kept laundromat; I've been very disappointed the couple of times I've been here. The washers are filthy with cigarette filters and huge hair balls I think someone needs to give this business some competition! read more

The water is wet the soap is sudsy and the bathroom is clean and the manager Candy and her crew are supper friendly to travelers.

I have tried to call the laundrymat on a couple occasions. One of the 50lb machines wouldn't start after I put the $7.00 in. There is no answering machine or v.m. how do I get my $7.00 back? I also did laundry 11/22/20 and I think i left towels and a blanket in one of the washers. Not able to reach anyone on the phone. read more
