Otherwise, I would've had to drive for nearly an hour to another UPS Store. Any-whoo, yes, there was a line leading outside the door upon my arrival and I showed up pretty close to opening. There were only two reps at the counter, but they helped to move things pretty quickly, even with all the customer questions, etc. Again, I was nervous about what type of customer service I would encounter here based on the reviews, but the gentleman who assisted me was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and funny. In between cracking jokes about the weather, he gave me a run down on what to expect in terms of my return and the cable company. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes; again, there was a heavy crowd early in the AM, and with only two clerks working, I feel they did an excellent job.
