Nonetheless still tried to work with him in regard to getting our invitations done. During our meeting we talked in detail and sent photos of how we want our invitations to look as an example for the sample. The samples that we received looked NOTHING like the inspiration we gave him. He decided to ignore everything we said and make his own sample invitations. After going back and forth we respectfully asked for a refund of our deposit (we did not approve any samples). Our event planner spoke with him and he said he would give us a refund minus the samples that were made. Now he has not give us our refund, completely ghosted us and has not responded to any of our emails or calls. It is at the point it is being handled with the card company. It should have never gotten to this point. Stay away from this business. Making your wedding invitations should be fun and he makes every step of the process a headache.

He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.

I was not attended by jacob, I was attended by another guy, as he was in the back printing my papers, Jacob was in the front and i asked him to please tell the guy helping if he can print it out in color. He grabbed the papers, rolled his eyes, curled them into a ball, and SLAMS them into the trash.. I laughed because honestly i was going to tell this guy off. He tells the guy and he does it for me, then jacob goes to the back. I then ask the guy if he can put the papers in a booklet for me with a cover (they do this for me EVERYTIME) he says politely he doesn't know how to do it, i'm assuming he was new and he asks Jacob to help him. This poor guy didn't even finish asking him and Jacob automatically says "I don't know how to do it " uhm..... sir you don't even know what he was about to say? Everything took longer than what was…read moreexpected, granted there was a hurricane "warning" during that time so they closed for a day, but that shouldn't delay everything by 2 weeks. I requested a custom invite from some online ideas, but what they gave me was not what I thought I was going to get. After giving a $200 deposit, I had no choice but to stick with them. They worked with me to make changes as requested, but sometimes I had to ask more than once. The fact that I live in Kendall and had to drive down to Hialeah every time I made a change and wanted to see a proof made things more difficult, but eventually they let me see the proofs online. Once, I showed up on a Saturday Morning during their regular hours, and the store was closed. I ordered a pocket invite with two extra slips for "Response" and "Hotel." But Ana Maria convinced me to switch from "Hotel" to "Accommodations" because it was more formal, and I agreed. However they obviously do not use spellcheck because when I received the invites in person, I immediately noticed they has misspelled it and written "Accomodations" instead. Unfortunately it was not something I caught with the online proof (or several others I had proof read it). I think it had to do with the fact that that portion of the proof was sideways. I paid more than I would have if I had ordered the same invites from an online website. The quality of the paper they used was definitely better than that of proofs I received from online websites, but that's pretty much all they have going for them. The one thing I did not proofread was the return address on the Response envelopes, and they somehow manage to make that look very tacky. I was hoping the final product would make it all worth it, but was sadly disappointed.
