Super cool shop with the loveliest owner! Chandler has curated a unique selection of design-centric goods that are largely created by small makers and it's wonderful how she supports and champions them as you'll regularly see if you also follow post.script. on insta! read more

This store is many things but to me it is the place with the best cards in the whole Bay Area. Huge variety with local artists and the cutest little designs for any recipient. I've gotten tons of gifts here for friends as well- everything is so tasteful. Curation is off the charts. And lots of useful stuff too! I got a spoon rest here that I love and I think I might get another. Just makes me happy to even enter this store, really. read more

Love coming here when I'm in the area. Store is located in a prime location of California and Fillmore. Great selection of curated, beautiful, and unique gifts and cards. My go-to when I'm looking for a gift! read more

post.script. is such a gem of an SF store. It's so beautiful that just walking inside will put you in a good mood. I go in sometimes just to soak in the stunning style this place emanates. Every item in that store is so aesthetically gorgeous and useful too. Everything I've bought at post.script instantly becomes the centerpiece whatever room I put it in. If I had a tenth of the style of whomever curates the items at post.script, I would consider myself stylistically gifted. read more

I have a very important tradition of card shopping once a week that I used to complete with my grandma before she passed away a few years ago. The goal is to have a sorting of cards always at the ready for anyone who might need a pick-me-up. There is something about getting a card in the mail from a friend or family member that still outshines any other gift for me so I was very happy to find Chandler's store right down the street. Post.Script. is an SF staple for anybody looking to support local artists and local businesses in one go. They have cards and trinkets for every occasion and then some. Not only do I get to continue my grandma's tradition at this store, but Chandler is always so welcoming that I never feel like I'm doing so alone. read more

This is my favorite shop in the neighborhood! Whenever friends are visiting SF, I bring them here. It's the first place I go when I need a card + gift for someone, and I always end up leaving with some extra goodies for myself. Everything about this store is so aesthetically pleasing - I have fun just looking at all the unique journals, planners, home goods, accessories, etc. Chandler (the owner) is so lovely and knows how to find the most delightful items while also being thoughtful, inclusive, and giving back to communities. Highly, highly recommended! read more

post.script is one of my favorite gift shops in SF and is my go-to when trying to find unique and design-forward gifts for friends, family, and to be honest, myself. Based on the selection of goods they carry, it's apparent that post.script values supporting small businesses and makers. The space itself is beautiful: everything is arranged in an artful and deliberate way. To top it all off, everyone I've interacted with at the store has been kind and helpful. read more

I love their events, and their space is awesome! I'm definitely excited for more of their events, and what they have coming up in general.

Saw their ig about stationary day and it was genuinely really nice and fun to go. But i couldnt help but notice how nicer all of the staff was to white people, ignoring myself and my friend who were POC. The girl at the register kept eyeing us. we went in line to pay and there was a white girl in front of us buying things and the cashier gave her a free notebook, tote, and poster?? And when we went up to pay her energy was so dead. Great stuff but won't be coming back here because of how they treat brown ppl. read more

I always get compliments on things I get from here (my favorite wallet, earrings, beanies, clips, journals) and can't help but talk up my favorite shop in San Francisco! They have a perfectly curated selection with a lot of variety but a cohesive aesthetic. I dare you to go here shopping for just a card or gift and not end up treating yourself to something nice :) read more

Postscript is an adorable and impeccably curated store. There is a great assortment of funny/clever/beautiful greeting cards - I always find the perfect ones (especially the birthday cards)! It is the perfect store for grabbing a quick gift. Whenever I don't know what to gift someone, I stop by postscript. You can always find something unique, and beautifully designed. On a whim, I bought candles one time. They felt expensive at the time but they smell so good and last longer than any other candles I have found. Worth every penny. I now keep my house stocked with their candles. :P. The cherry on top is that it is a female owned shop, and the owner makes a conscious effort to support and carry products made or designed by minority or female owned companies, so you feel good buying their products. read more

It's so hard for me to go in here without buying something! I love their unique selection, it's perfect for a gift or card for friends, or something for yourself :) I also love that they promote women-owned and WOC-owned small businesses. Honestly what a cute little gift shop! I am such a sucker for thoughtfully curated gift shops and this is exactly that! Post-Script is brand new to the Fillmore boutique shopping area but is really making an impression. Post Script's owner really has an eye for aesthetics based on the items chosen for this boutique. The holiday season is coming up and this store is great for unique gifts because let's be real - your loved ones want something special for the Holidays, not something that was scored during a sale on Black Friday. Jokes aside, you will get much more bang for your buck shopping here! The items curated are slick, modern, cute and is great even for your own home. Not to mention they are very reasonably priced. I've always been a fan of Hay Design and Poketo which are both brands that I noticed were sold here at Post Script. Lastly, if you are like me and love collecting stationary and cute cards this is the shop for you - awesome collection. My boyfriend and I scored the art piece attached below and we are so in love with it! It was also at a very reasonable price. We cannot wait to put it on our walls. I highly recommend you support your small local business and stop by this quaint little shop, you will not regret it. read more

post.script. - Honestly so cute. - Cards & Stationery Near Me - San Francisco, California

Was walking along Fillmore for some casual window shopping when I came across this super cute store. It's well-curated with tons of trendy, modern, minimalistic items. As a new years resolution for 2020, I wanted to reduce my use of plastic but was annoyed about not ever having a straw for my morning smoothies! Found a really cute travel reusable straw set here and I am in love with it. Also bought a candle - there are so many different and amazingly scented candles in this store it was hard to choose. This is a great place to shop for a friend's birthday or a gift for your mom/sister/MIL/SIL, etc. Also a fantastic place for a hostess gift or house-warming party. Bonus, the owner of the store's name is Chandler. She's extremely kind and helpful (also very trendy... I want her to style me! haha!) Will DEFINITELY be back! read more
