Some things I did notice while there was that all of their packages for sale were clearly labeled and organized compared to my old post office an improvement. The location is smallest post office I have seen ever. They still manage it pretty well. Great job guys! Only reason I am giving this a 4 star is because of the traffic signs and directional signs in the parking lot are faded. Also no stop bars at any of the stop sign area because they are faded as well. This is a post office and I hope they repair or replace it for appearance purposes. Traffic safety for the public is important for us all.

They do have a mailbox outside if you just want to drop off a letter real fast. This time, it was the complete opposite. First, they canceled the original moving date because they had double-booked. While we understand mistakes happen, there was no apology or concern for the inconvenience. They rescheduled us for two days later. On the rescheduled day, they were supposed to arrive at 9:00 a.m. but didn't show up until around 1:00 p.m. During that time, they didn't answer phone calls or text messages when my girlfriend tried to find out if they were still coming. When they finally arrived, there was still no apology or explanation. Because they arrived so late, the move ended up taking place in the rain. They tracked mud and dirt throughout her brand-new townhome and said they didn't use shoe covers. Had they arrived at the scheduled time, the move likely would have been completed before the rain started. At one point, my girlfriend went upstairs to check on the movers because they had been up there for quite a while. She found them lying on the floor and on the furniture taking a break, and she noticed a very strong unpleasant odor in the room. Despite the delays, they still charged for an additional hour. Overall, the communication was terrible, there was little regard for our time, and the level of professionalism was extremely disappointing. We chose this company because of the excellent experience we had the year before, but this experience was completely different. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend this company.

It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally.
