I visit various post offices around the West Midlands on a regular basis including this one in Solihull & it is by far the worst for a number of reasons. It is usually understaffed, the majority of the staff that are working appear to work at an incredibly slow pace & seem oblivious to the amount of customers often waiting & they have an antiquated ticket system that is just not effective unless the idea behind it is to get rid of customers who simply get tired of waiting. I have actually been allocated a ticket & there are more numbers in front of me than actual people in the post office! You can be waiting for 20-30 minutes, then someone comes in who wants a passport & gets served immediately! How is that fair? Even when they do not appear busy you can be waiting for a considerable time. It is actually the worst customer service I have ever come across & I have not experienced such a poor service in any other PO, even ones with the same ticketing system. read more
