This service was simple enough to arrange on line, then I would stop by and pick up my mail. I did this numerous times over the years and this post office consistently handled everything great! I never had packages missing or damaged. I've used this post office to purchase stamps, postage, and ship packages many many times, and again, without any problems at all. It's an easy post office in terms of entry and exit, and it's always nice to stop in and pick up Steak Out at the nearby location.

I filed a claim and called the local branch about 100xs. You'll rarely get ANYONE to answer. Someone finally called me back in regards to my claim and I guess had my claim mixed up with someone else's and were shocked and told me they would review the cameras regarding my stolen contents and get back to me. Naturally they never called back. Finally got someone on the phone the next day and got put on hold for 20+ minutes until they closed. Horrible horrible service. Cannot believe my 100$ leggings were just stolen right out of my package. Awful.

There was a very long line, and only one person working the counter. Now, this might sound like I'm starting to write a poor review, but it's just the opposite! This gentleman handled his job, not only with professionalism, but with personal interest in every one of his customers. He maintained a fantastic mental attitude, and not one person in line complained about the wait, which, by the way, wasn't nearly as long as I would've expected in most post offices. I wish I had asked his name, but I suspect there are many patrons both before, and after me who will have been waited on by this gentleman and experienced what I did.

The inside has a small area dedicated to PO Boxes .... but these are pretty fancy PO Boxes, ones you would expect to find in like a Beverly Hills. Not a ton of space, and the lighting is kind of dim. But, from the looks of things, they aren't too crowded and the person working the counter takes care of people really quickly. The building itself is an old brick building that just looks as if it's been around since the 1800's, but has been taken care of extremely well! Don't expect a "weigh your own" postage meter, or an in-office gift shop area like the post office on Wynn Drive, where you can purchase envelopes, greeting cards, flats of unique stamps, boxes, etc. This is a no-frills post office with counter service, indoor P.O. boxes, and at least one drop box outside. I generally drop off my items in the drop box. All my insider counter transactions have been seamless and friendly. There's never been much of a wait, maybe 1-2 people in front of me. Parking is a breeze because, again, it is never really busy at this location. Do pay attention to their hours. It looks like they close for lunch.
