I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent experience with this dry-cleaning service…read more Dropping off my items was smooth and pleasant, and I had no issues during that part of the process. However, when I returned to pick up my items, the experience was significantly different. The staff member assisting me was discourteous and handled my payment interaction in a manner that felt unprofessional. Additionally, I was charged an extra fee for using a credit card, which was not disclosed prior to completing the transaction. When I asked about the charge, I was told, "That is what the credit card company charges and there is nothing I can do about it." While I understand that fees may exist, I believe they should be clearly communicated to customers beforehand. I value respectful customer service and transparency in pricing. I'm bring this to their attention in hopes that it can be addressed moving forward.
