I used Working Advantage to book a hotel room. I had dates of July 5-9 in the system. When I received my confirmation I realized the dates they sent were completely wrong, saying my reservation was for May 6-8. NO WAY I called immediately. They said I would need to go through the hotel to get a refund. The company La Quinta Inn refunded the stay immediately. The refund went back to Working Advantage. 3 weeks later and still no refund and no one to speak with. I would say this place is a SCAM. Do not order from Working Advantage. Try your luck with Kayak or anywhere else but them.
