Now I receive marketing emails from titled USAA Perks run by Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC. Their emails have an Unsubscribe link which then open a pop-up page with an Unsubscribe Me button. When you press on the Unsubscribe Me the page does nothing - doesn't give you any confirmation of unsubscribing. The page simply stays unchanged. RESPONSE TO MANAGER: I've tried calling your business to have my email address removed. I'm given the runaround and told I must contact USAA Bank to get them to remove my email. That is not accurate as YOUR COMPANY is the contracted vendor and who is sending me the emails. USAA is confused because they tell me I'm already opted out of all marketing (from them). Please provide a valid contact, phone number and name, from your company that will remove my email.

We were trying to plan our trip in April for a September honeymoon. This was smack dab in the middle of the pandemic! That didn't stop Caleb from showing us our best options that work with our budget. Luxuria has access to so many beautiful hotels at some of the best spots in the world. I like to just click around their website for fun in my spare time because the pictures are so great. After an amazing honeymoon at Nizuc, we can honestly testify that Luxuria and Caleb are the real deal! Caleb and I would talk on the phone periodically and set up the vacation before we arrived in Mexico. Everything was taken care of in advance which gave us peace of mind. Caleb went through the effort of constantly updating our itinerary when prices would drop or get us great deals and upgrades. I will use Luxuria Vacations for every vacation and romantic getaway for now on. Their experience is priceless!
