This is an update because there is no way I intended to give this company a 5 star rating and write a review opposite of that. I use to live in The Overlook at Groover's Lake where POSolutions, Inc., Property Management, owned by Shandron Pemberton, was our Prop. Management Co. She is great at finessing people with words and a great smile. Lies and manipulation included. She encouraged our President to call a Special Assessment Meeting & tell homeowners we must accept property around our community we didn't want and pay to survey it(the land was surveyed during development by McClung Surveying). I pulled the info at the courthouse after finding it in the bylaws! She was involved, actually she did most of the talking. The taxes were behind on the land. They asked for an extra $100 as a special assessment dues in 2018. We voted against it. They had already tried to accept the property via a QuitClaim from the Developer for $1, but the courthouse clerk didn't accept it. I performed the research at the courthouse personally. She added our association to POAA to give herself more leverage with collection w/o a vote from homeowners. The law doesn't requires an HOA to be apart of POAA. The developer didn't sign the HOA to be a part of POAA. Once again, she tried to sell the benefits of joining and told home owner's all HOAs were required to join now per law. That is a flat out lie and Homeowners never voted for it. The bylaws require a majority vote for major changes such as this and the special assessment. They still asked for the money and disregarded our concerns. After i told the homeowners the truth; their excuse was they were going to put the money in a reserve account until needed for repairs. I sold my home in 6/2019, they had the audacity to put negative reviews on my credit report when I have always paid on time from 2004 to 2019. They waited til 8/2020 to put something on my credit and then it is a lie. I was gone over a year from that community. Why they would be affecting my credit is cunning and vindictive. The homeowners never voted to go in POAA. I just learned of the reporting when I checked my credit. At that time, I communicated with an attorney who told me I had a legitimate basis, but it wouldn't be worth the cost to dispute a $160: $100 assessment plus late fee. Since I was selling the home, I decided to pay the $100 but no fees. The boot leg credit collections/attorney accepted it. He stood and lied too. He was going to the clerks office trying to ensure the transfer took place. I went in one day when he had just left, the clerk told me. I forced him to have to tell homeowners at the next meeting in 2018 because they were still carrying on with it. Now, I am filing complaints with several agencies that handle these fraudulent/tort cases on all parties involved. They were upset I informed all homeowners. The PM use to send homeowners bills for money owed, but couldn't even explain the balances owed! The PM was sending violation notices when the president had numerous violations, but they were big buddies breaking the rules of the bylaws together as if they were some sort of Bonnie and Clyde trying to establish a dictatorship. This is the same President that quickly shut down homeowner's request to vote to get rid of the pool some years ago due to all the numerous expenses there were for repairs. She didn't even discuss it with the board-members at the time. The PM overstepped her boundaries as a Property Manager. There definitely was a conflict of interest. She's driven by power and money! There is a mask.......beware of here cunning and unethical business practices. read more

Prepare to be taken for a ride!! This management company does absolutely nothing to earn their dues. They do not visit the communities on a regular basis as they claim (you must submit pictures and documentation for them to start an investigation into the issue), they do not answer the phone when they are technically open for business (not often) and don't expect newsletters or community updates. It will never happen. I had a random shooting take place outside my home and they wouldn't provide footage to the police. Imagine not cooperating with the police for the safety of the community!! They also charge erroneous fees because they can get away with it. When a car crashed into the entrance of our subdivision it took MONTHS of us begging to get it repaired. Good luck if this is your management company, they are ghetto and I sold my home to get away from them. They need to be investigated for fraud. read more

Stay clear of this company, outside of them getting their fees for management they create lots of in house fees that they capitalize on. For instance charging $915 a month for printing services and our subdivision doesn't need any type of printing. The bad part about they have mismanaged our property for years and the the board president has allowed it. Run from this company read more

The absolute best property management company I have ever worked with. Very responsive and efficient.

Awesome management company. They are professional at all times and their pricing is fair. My community has been with them for almost 20 years and when I look back on the decision I made, I would choose POSolutons again. read more

The company never answers calls, agent Jarod is nasty and condescending to customers, and they do not handle your HOA business well. I'm sure Jarod will respond to this though the company can't return phone calls. Something bad is going on over there. They sent me an email on March 21, 2022 stating that "due to service outages in our office area, communication is down for an undetermined amount of time. This outage affects our phone service and emails may be delayed". What type of company has phone issues for an undetermined amount of time? This is a move to keep all their customers off their backs. Beware of this company!! My HOA is looking to get rid of them. read more

Nicole Phillips with this company provided amazing customer service. My dad and I had an issue of payments being mailed to them in error. It was a unique situation and Nicole provided nothing but stellar customer service. She was very helpful in getting the issue resolved, and quickly. They are lucky to have someone on their team with her skill set because it is hard to find good customer service now a days. read more

Do NOT use this company. You will regret it. They don't do anything. All they care about are fees for nothing. They work with a lawfirm just as crooked to charge exorbitant fees which we wouldn't mind paying if they did something in the community. They attempt to take your property for non payment of fees for doing nothing. When you call to file a claim, they give you the runaround and pretense. Then they they say they don't fix that. The gate is broken. There's no landscaping. They do NOTHING. One day, I know God will take care of them. This company is getting away with too much and someone will file a lawsuit. It's only a matter of time. God is watching. read more

Excited to leave our current subdivision and to get rid of this HOA. The owner NEVER returns phone calls, and other than the general receptionist, the staff seems to be 'bothered' with phone call Inquiries and questions. They are GREAT at driving the neighborhood and sending citations along with expected fees, lol. I've had a neighbor with multiple cars all over the place for greater than 2-years now. Ask me what this HOA has done? Right...haha. Needless to say, my family and I will be moving in a few days: new home, new HOA. WooHoo. Just know that this company is lackluster and just doesn't add up to the cost per home. Good luck - read more

POSolutions Inc - Front door - Property Management Near Me - Douglasville, Georgia

P.O Solutions is the best Management company our community have had over the past 20 years. I have help various positions on our HOA board where PO Solutions provided us transparency, and make homeowners that are not in compliant accountable. It is ashamed that that homeowners gives bad reviews because they were not in compliance of the community Covenant and By-Laws. PO Solutions only follows the rules set by the HOA Board of Directors. Please blame your HOA Board of Directors and not PO Solutions. I would suggest that homeowners take the responsibilities of not following the rules set by their HOA and do not blame the Management Company. You are taking your frustrations on the wrong group. It's not PO Solutions, its your HOA Board of Directors. Tell the Truth. read more

This company is fraudulent just like their agent Aminata Beale. Red flag if she tells you to pay through cash app or Zelle. This is so you don't have a paper trail. She doesn't refund even though she never verbalize or have it in writing. She claims it's for her time. No dear that's your job. She is disrespectful & unprofessional. After she gets your money & decides that you are not qualified enough she won't pick up the phone & call you to give an answer or reason. She will tell someone else on a separate application violating your privacy rights. She breaks all codes of ethics with real estate association. She feels as though she can not be sued. Don't trust her or her backwards company Highwood Park properties LLC read more

One star is giving to much credit. Their really worth 0 stars. A manager told me last month due to the pandemic, no late fees to be assessed and they will not report to the credit bureaus. Well that was a LIE! Not only did they report to the bureau but their reporting false information. It's really sad a company has to tell lies along with being a failure to our community. DO NOT move into a subdivision that's owned by them. You will be highly disappointed and disgusted. They are the worst HOA I've ever dealt with in my life and I've bought a few homes. I shouldn't have to move out my home just because of them but I am. read more
