Not to mention, our roof has been leaking for approximately a week and a half with no mentions of fixing it. The lease states all things are to be fixed in 48 hours, this is false.

I had a rental property that was poorly managed and was being up-charged for repairs due to the negligence of the property manager. I reached out to Bruce to help me assess the situation - whether I should pay for the fee, whether to move to another property manager or sell the property. Bruce recommended selling and helped me market and sell in a short amount of time. He and his team were efficient and demonstrated a high level of integrity throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team and will use their service again in the Atlanta area.

We had a tight deadline to complete all of that over the summer while our kids were out of school and we mostly made that happen! There were a lot of ups and downs with both transactions, but Caroline was professional, proactive and on top of it the entire time. She was always available for showings (or having a peer sub in), quick to respond to any and all questions / feedback and all but flew across the country to get multiple updates per day from our buyers' loan officer when there were issues with funding and closing on time. We went from Plan A, to B, to C and maybe Plan D (I honestly lost count of the issues and pivots we had to do) and she kept everything moving forward when it was trying like hell to go sideways again, and again, and again.... I highly recommend Caroline and I am very happy I made that call to the Justin Landis Group. I have already been recommending her to neighbors! Give her a call if you're in need of a real estate agent and ask her about our story for some laughs / drama (bring popcorn!). P.S. The rest of the team was awesome, too: Mari (Visual Coordinator), Matt (Transaction Coordinator) and Jess (Director of Operations). The marketing / photographer for our home was on point -- the Zillow listing (with 3D walkthrough) and printed pamphlets were gorgeous and we got a ton of interest and positive feedback, even from family and friends!

We had…read moretwo different sets of renters during that time and both of them found a way to contact us to complain about how bad this company was to us. Poor/lack of communication, charging for services not provided, and delays in responding to repair/maintenance issues. We noticed this with regard to the yard maintenance - specifically we started having to schedule a specific trip back once a year to check on our home spending about two days trying to repair the yard damage caused from neglect. Upon moving back into our home, we have had to spend thousands of dollars trying to get our home back to the condition it was in prior to leaving. Whoever they contract to paint the interiors is horrible. I have personally spent weeks trying to repair what they have done. We were also missing storage shelving that was left in the home (that the previous renters state being there when they left) and we are still waiting to receive our deposit back (it has been almost 3 months!!) I would not recommend using this company.
