The 2 young girls looked at me like I had no business to be in the store. They did the bare minimum to help and spent the rest of the time staring at their phones...I was the only person there. Someone should remind the girls they are sales people. So little inventory at this place it was boring and overpriced. Stay away!

I stopped by Radbird hoping to sell a dress. I understand that they may operate by appointment…read moreonly, but the interaction with the two women at the front left a bad impression on me. The store was very quiet with no other customers around, so I asked if they might have availability. They simply told me they were booked until September and didn't offer to check another time or ask if I wanted to schedule a future appointment. What bothered me most was the attitude. They came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, almost as if they had already decided they weren't interested in helping me. I can't say what the reason was, but the way I was treated made me feel judged based on my appearance and how I walked in. For a resale shop that presents itself as a more upscale alternative to places like Crossroads, I expected a warmer and more professional experience. Even a simple, "We're booked today, but would you like to make an appointment for September?" would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, I left feeling like they just didn't want my business.

I enjoyed browsing at my own pace and no one was pushy at all, which is my preference. Lots of beautiful higher end clothing in unique/interesting cuts and materials. I enjoyed looking at everything and I managed to walk away with a nice purchase. Prices are on the high side. Some more popular designers I saw were dresses and pieces by Dolce and Gabbana, Burberry, and Miu Miu. I spent more time looking at clothing than accessories but I recommend checking this location. They have only women's clothing here.
