I don't get my nails done all the time, but on the few occasions I've had weddings to attend, I've been able to call them up and get same day service. I just get regular polish done, and the staff is very sweet and friendly. This most recent time, I brought in a few pictures of outfits I was planning to wear for the wedding week and they helped me choose between three colors to get the perfect shade. Another thing I liked is that they confirmed I liked the color once they had painted a nail in it...I'm guilty of not always speaking up if I don't so it was nice they confirmed. I was the only customer in the shop when I went in, so they asked if they could tag-team to get my service done, one doing my pedicure and the other my manicure, both at the same time. With drying time (and a decently long drying time at that!) I was out within an hour. As I was finishing up, they had a few folks come in that seemed to be regulars. I enjoyed my experience and think that it was fairly priced! My toes haven't chipped yet, but my nails started chipping around the 1-week mark, which feels pretty good for basic polish! When a call comes in requesting 3 pedicures & manicures, the first thing to do is not say sure just because you can get them in, but to inform the caller that there are only TWO people working so it's going to take longer. I sure would have gone elsewhere to get the group services at the same time. Because of this, everything was rushed. Massage wasn't anything to write home about but definitely disappointing as we all wanted delux with extra massage, hot stone, etc. Stones were luke warm, mask was on & off in no time. My heels aren't as smooth as they could be. My mani was beyond crap. I know the garbage files used only shred my thin nails & cause damage. So I come filed which she fought me over & I should have just refused service. But I wanted my cuticles taken care of & massage after too much chopping & kitchen work from Thanksgiving. Again, barley any massage. Nail polish left on cuticles & surrounding areas. And hey, I am well aware that standard nail polish doesn't last & chips quickly. But here we are, 15hr post services and my nail is ripped from the file & chipped polish from rushed service. Most disappointing is this was a treat to my mom for her bday. She couldn't enjoy anything as she was pulled in every direction from being the last serviced & having both done at the same time. She's 5'1" so she barley fits in the chair. 2 mani, 3 pedi, out in 90min. Not worth $206 read more

I've been getting dip manicures with Hai Le for almost 9 months now, and she is incredible. She is very skilled and really takes the time to make sure your manicure is done right. I told her that I wanted to grow out my natural nails, and she gave me tips on how to grow them out and a bottle of oil to keep my cuticles moisturized. My nails are now long and look amazing! I've gone to other local salons for manicures, and while they were okay, I never walked out as happy as I do after a manicure with Hai Le. She is a dip manicure master! It's been a month since I walked in and my nails are completely ruined. She cut my thumb when trimming my nails, cut into my nail bed, and made my cuticles bleed. Gel polish turned out bumpy and started chipping after a week. My fingers hurt for days after. After two weeks I took the polish off and find out that they wayy over filled my nails. This is my first visit, I got the classic pedicure which I'm pleased to say comes with a paraffin wax treatment. It's been less than 24 hrs and I've already got a bit of a chip on my big toe...
