NEW OWNERS are the BEST!! This salon has new owners and they are fantastic! The salon is clean, pretty, and the selection of colors for dip, gel and a special long lasting polish that I've not seen in any other place, is amazing. All of the staff are friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. The pedicure chairs are the best in town and so is this salon. I'm a fan!Ne read more

So very sad that my gel manicure started chipping within two days, I wanted to go back in to ask for a repair, but had to fly for a trip (which is why I got my nails done to begin with). The last picture is waking up on the first day of my trip. I can't believe it, Gel has never chipped for me and I usually get 2-3 weeks, not days. read more

I have a really hard time finding someone to do my nails that I like and I am not picky at all but still it's been difficult finding a place worth it. I was recommended to Kelly by a friend of mine and I had a great experience with her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an excellent job. The shape and length are great and she custom made the color to fit my skin tone. I will for sure be back. read more

First and foremost, I'll give this place 0 stars . I DONT RECOMMEND ever in my life if this was the LAST NAIL SALON left open. They need to go back to the old management & staff. I've graduated from HHS across the street in 2015, thats how long I've been coming to this location. I've seen the remodeling happen , new management and new nails techs come and go over the years. Back then the older guy was in charge and the older lady that sits closer to the door that did nails too. They remember my face & both ran that place amazing with great service. Who they have running now & the employees they picked are horrible. (Some) While I was trying to figure out what I want I was told "to hurry up and decide because it was getting busy" in her words. I got here soon as they open , 1st Person . so If I'm here sitting down you should be worrying about me and not rushing me due to people walking in. I had to re think what I wanted due to the fact that THEY charged high for the specific polish I wanted but didn't know how to do any designs. If u can't do what u have displayed TAKE IT DOWN. Then told me I only could get two designs because it would take to long... I have never in my life heard that before from a nail tech. But I said okay and when I tried to show a different simple design the tech brushed me off quick and said no she can't do it.. this place is ONLY ABOUT MONEY & NOT Quality. I remember faces. I walked out & will never come back nor recommend. read more

My roommate and I are new to the area and are in need of a reliable, high quality salon. We worked out right next to this salon and wanted to give it a try after checking it out online, and SO happy we did. One of the best pedicures I've gotten! Such nice people, good color selection, decent pricing that comes with high quality service. Will definitely be returning! read more

I went to get my nails done here and asked for just gel polish, no manicure, and half moon nail art. I had to change my polish bc mine was out and I asked for dark blue. I got this green color. He butchered it AND charged me the price of full manicure instead of just polish. Horrible experience and a waste of money. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever experienced. Never go here. Whoever the gal that works there was not happy to be at work. No lotion on my legs or hot towels. She was rude and rough on my toes. 20 dollar tip went to 5. Her loss and this Posh Nail loss. I never write bad reviews. It was that bad. read more

THE WORST NAIL SALON I BEEN TO! I have came here with my cousin to get our nails done and I ended up hating my nails. They were thick. Some of the top coat was partially missing from some of my nails. The length and shape was not what I asked for and I ended up paying $80 for it. I don't care how much I pay for my nails but if you're going to charge me for everything, you should tell me I'm being charged for getting long nails, even though I didn't end up getting the shape I wanted. My thumb nails aren't even the same size! Just the worst experience, I even called to let them know and they wanted me to come back and fix it... I don't even trust yall UPDATE: today is Sunday, July 05th, and I got my nails done this past Thursday and they are ALREADY lifting. Such a shame. I even called to have them explain my price for my nails and it was a mess. Basically, I paid $80 for a crappy nail job; which they offered to fix but I'd rather take my business somewhere else. $45 for acrylics(typical), $20 extra for gel, $10 for long nails(not even the length I wanted, and they charged my for two color polish, and for the 4 clear tips.... I had my nails done more cleaner than this and with many crystals and still never paid $80. I won't be going here anymore. read more

I've FINALLY found my nail tech in Nashville -- and I've been searching for 8 YEARS. Things had gotten so bad that I started timing my nail appointments so they overlapped with trips to Atlanta because I simply couldn't find high quality work in the Greater Nashville area. I was referred to Kelly at Posh after cornering a coworker about her consistently beautiful nails; I owe her a huge debt! Kelly was GREAT; she was on time for my appointment, took her time with each step of my manicure process including removal of my last dip disaster, reshaping my nails to the preferred shape, helping me pick THE PERFECT color to match the photo I showed her, and a flawless dip application. I am BEYOND pleased with her work -- it was worth every penny. When I showed my husband my nails when I got home, he was shocked; he said he didn't think my nails could be recovered after the last dip disaster. THANK YOU, KELLY!!! read more

First time in Posh and all of the people were friendly and welcoming. I requested Molly char I read reviews before I went and she came highly recommended. Every nail shop does something different and I have moved from several different states so I have come across many. Prices are higher than I am use to but they treated me well and each person that came in after me was treated the same. Make an appointment before you go or call if it looks booked up for the day. Wow! I was in for a conference and was in desperate need of a mani. They got me in and did an incredible job on my hands, so many compliments. Thank you read more

I was recommended by my friends to come see Kelly over everyone else in Nashville and I was super excited to book my appointment. When I did, I was confirmed and when it came time to the appointment, turns out Kelly does not do pedicures (bummer), so they put me with someone else. The tech was nice enough and did a great food massage but when she was done painting my nails I noticed that my big toes looked chunky and uneven, color wise. I waited for a good 15 minutes to see if it would level out but when it didn't and no one approached me I went to the owner to see if I could get them fixed. Kelly was super concerned and got my tech to come back immediately. When she showed up she looked annoyed that I asked to have them fixed and pretended she didn't see the issue. Nonetheless, she "fixed" my nails and by that point I was really annoyed and ready to leave. I finally got the courage to inspect them when I got home hours later and just as expected...they weren't good. The polish was a bit better but layers were slapped on so you could see that she didn't take the polish up to the top each time and the top coat....OH MY GOD...literally globbed on and the kicker is that it doesn't cover the whole toe. The sides are completely missing. I literally never leave bad reviews but this was kinda insane. If I asked nicely to fix it, wouldn't you want to actually fix the issue?? I get that it could have also been a bad polish but as a tech I feel like she should have said Im sorry, I can't do a good job with this polish since it's old or too chunky, could you pick another color?? I feel awful sharing my experience because the owner literally seemed so sweet and she cared so much but apparently her techs didn't. P.S. That "scuff" isn't scuff because the top coat is smooth on top, so it must have been there before it was polished with a top coat. read more

This review is for Kelly and Kelly alone! I am a hair stylist and I get dip powder when Kelly does them they are perfectly shaped and will not lift unless I go three weeks or longer and that's with my hands in water A LOT. They are never bumpy at all. Kelly is very friendly, she works fast too! She's never burned me with the drill or nicked my skin at all. She's able to get me in in a timely manner and when I do make an appointment with her she runs on good time. The salon is clean and I do see that they use all the sanitary equipment needed. I must note that I have went to others at this location and did not have the same results. read more

So clean and everyone is so friendly! BEST color selection too. Easy to make an appointment ahead of time too. Fav local spot!

I just moved here... I do not choose any kind of establishment to get my nails done ... I was out shopping and decided I needed a mani and pedi ... The nail tech and, staff were friendly, establishment is clean ... PRICES OUTRAGEOUS!!! I get my nails done on a regular every 2 weeks religiously. I patronize and believe in paying for a job well done... I KNOW you can get the same job, friendliest staff, clean establishment and good work at a fair price. Yes prices have gone up but this is highway robbery for what I paid for... money is not an issue ... however I literally paid DOUBLE for a mani and a pedi that will only last 2 weeks..... if you are fine with giving your hard earn money away ... then by all means visit this establishment... they will make it worth every hard earned buck... otherwise choose a place whose prices don't sink your pockets.... You need to do better with your pricing it's horrible... Update: less then 24 hours later My pedicure, not with the price ... once I got home .. I examine my feet ... they have dead skin still left on my feet. As if it had not been scrubbed the way it should have to remove that skin....for the price paid this was a disappointment... this establishment lost a potential future customer... I will def look elsewhere... Buyer Beware!!!... look elsewhere... read more

$47 to get toes polished! Not a pedicure just POLISH! Ridiculous. Never again! I'm appalled!

Terrible! Man at the front convinced me to get dip (with no acrylics) when I didn't want them. The nail tech tore up my nail beds (I bled) and didn't offer any cuticle care. I left feeling miserable. This place is not good at all. My nails are incredibly chunky-looking and the attention to detail is not there. Do not got here.

I had the worst and most expensive pedicure of my life yesterday. This is the first online review I've ever written because I usually think there are circumstances that the customer doesn't always see. This was unacceptable though. The nail tech was a man who was haphazardly going through the steps. It didn't seem like he cared how he did the polish or didn't know how. Some of my toes aren't fully covered in polish and the rest have polish on the skin around the nails. I'm so disappointed that a business would sell services like this. The other shocker was the price of $70. I chose the $40 basic pedicure but it cost an extra $30 for gel and gel removal. So disappointed and want others to avoid receiving the same service. read more

This is based in my experience. Well my nails look fine but it shouldn't have been such a battle. I went in yesterday with a picture and asked if it could be done explained I was new in the area and had never been in before and it was for my wedding. Lady says it would be easy and they could do it. Highly recommended the place( of course). When I went it today it was a whole different story. Had to elaborately explain what I wanted 4 times and got the old man owner with rough hands who wasn't gentle. And didn't put the paint to the corner of my nails or make them smooth I finally explained to him this was for my wedding and it was my first time in he had a younger guy with gentle hands do it. He was better but when he went to put the silver on looked like a 5 year old was painting it on which I don't understand because everything else he did was very precise and good. I decided it just wasn't worth it anymore. Over 2 hours there and got charged full price. Nobody who walks in and says they are getting their nails done for their wedding should be treated like this. It was the one part of my day that I was supposed to be pampered not stressed. And I got charged $100 for it. Not worth it. I wouldn't call what I got a French with no pink just paint the tip of your nail white. Management I made an appointment for today and my name and number are in your books. Feel free to contact me. read more

My normal nails salon was closed so I came here and asked if I could get a gel polish change and manicure in an hour and the man said yes of course, instead of taking his full hour he rushed through and my nails look like I got them done 2 weeks ago. He didn't go all the way down my nail so the tips of some look chipped and he began so far away from my cuticle I'll have to get my nails redone next week. Do not go here. I wish I would have read the reviews and seen the previous photos posted. I am shocked at the terrible service I received. I had 3 different "nail techs" work on my dip manicure. The nails look so awful and I'm embarrassed to have paid $55 for this. But the people that should be truly embarrassed are the owners and techs that work in this salon. My is the only person there that knows what they're doing. I came back because she did such a good job my first time there and unfortunately she was busy so I had to get someone else. I got this guy that reeked of cigarette smoke and did such an awful job! He kept messing up a simple French manicure that I had to ask for someone else.
