DONT DO IT!!!!…read more Booked Direct Limo for my wedding this August 2016. They didn't show up to pick up the Groom and the Groomsman, and were late picking up the Bride and the Bridesmaids. Then the driver couldn't find the church, the Maid of Honour had to direct him. He then took us for pictures and was found sleeping in the limo when we got back, without having the air on, so it was hotter than hell in there for us. Then when we required a pick up from the hall to get us back home once the wedding was done he didn't show up. I had to call the owner who had to call the driver. His excuse was "he fell asleep" so un professional. If you want your day ruined you will book with this company.

My husband missed his flight because of their disorganization. The limo never showed up. When we called the number he didn't care. He said "uuuuh, oh uhhhh maybe we got hacked, I don't know". He didn't know where any of his drivers were and couldn't tell us if someone was going to pick us up or not. Didn't say he would try and rectify their mistake, or that he'd even call us back. When I called him back after booking with another company to make sure our limo was cancelled, he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. In response to an incident where my pre-arranged airport shuttle did not show up, he was rude, unaccommodating and insulting. As I read through his email stream of offside comments, attempts to evade my questions, misquoting of information and lies about what had happened, I was appalled. Mostly, he was unprofessional to an extent I have never experienced with a company claimed to be committed to quality customer service. It's a pity his demeanor and lack of business expertise deters from people supporting a local business. After 10 years of being a loyal customer (something which was acknowledged as meaningless in the handling of this issue with the owner), I am ready to cut ties with this business. Its operational shortcomings and unprofessional/incapable leadership do not warrant another dollar spent on its services. In summary, Lux Limo is not transparent about the fees it charges for service. It does not recognize or apologize when mistakes are made by those it employs. It is not committed to serving its customers. Do not use!

He had picked up the groomsmen and then the bridal party from the hotel and then to the venue with no hitches. After the ceremony, Nash came back, picked us up and drove us to the photo location and waited patiently until we had finished. After the photos he drove us back to the venue for the reception. Lastly after the reception had finished, he drove my wife and I to our hotel in Downtown Toronto and not only did we get there expediently but he also helped us with our bags to the front desk of the hotel. I've never seen service like this from a limo driver before and my wife and I would just like to thank Nash for his attentiveness and care throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Nash to anyone who needs a caring and professional limo driver. He definitely made that day amazing with his polite demeanor and his willingness to make sure that that day went as smoothly as possible. Thanks Nash!
