My car arrived well ahead of schedule in less than two weeks. Fantastic delivery speed. I called in…read moreto ask about picking up my car after hours, the lady on the phone kindly told me that she would be able to leave the car out with security. After giving me all the information on where to pick up the car if I did come after hours she assured me it would be left out for the weekend. I am here now, having got a ride with a friend who I now owe big time, and the car was not left out. The security guy doesn't have access to it. I called the Vancouver office like the voicemail service asked me to if I needed help. They said they would try to contact someone here to get the car and call me back. Well it's been 45 minutes no call back, and better yet they now closed the office so I can't call that one either. Now I'm stuck here with nobody to call or help me get my car after driving for 2 hours to get here. This is the worst service I could imagine. It's what they do. Period. Transport vehicles. And now I'm completely out of luck getting it because I'm stuck in exams, and they want to charge me for leaving the car there longer. They really couldn't get much worse. Of course if there had have been an offer to repay me for my travel, or shipped the car right to me (as they should have after all the effort I went to to get it), or in some way make it up to me in discounts I wouldn't have felt so stolen from. I will change the review if they make it up to me as is only fair, as they should for any customer they put through so much hassle and expense, but until then this is how I feel about their service. UPDATE: The person that forget to set out my keys contacted me the next day (Saturday) via email (they should have phoned me because contacting me would me more certain as they were only in the office for a short time). In any case they came in and set the car out so I did get it the next day on the weekend. While I can't forgive them for forgetting to leave my car out, I can be impressed in every other aspect of their service. I still feel like they owe me for the hassle but 4 stars for the effort of coming in.

We traveled from Miami to Toronto, Canada from March 25 to March 28 to accompany our daughter who…read morewas to attend the Justin Bieber concert. As usual, we booked a car via the internet for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. We have chosen for this service a company called: "Airports Taxi Transfers Reservation". The cost for a round trip service was CAD240.00 which had to be paid in advance. As we travel often, we used to book the transfer from the airport to the hotel in advance and for that we never had any unpleasant surprises. unfortunately, this was not the case in Toronto. As soon as we arrive, the driver sends us instructions: Where are you? Have you collected your luggage? If so, now find an elevator and go down one floor, then head to door "Q" and exit and when you are outside, message me. We were a little confused with this situation because on the floor where we collected our luggage were parked the taxis and the limousines which came to collect the travelers. So far, the driver is always present at the exit of the luggage with a sign bearing our name and in addition he helps with the luggage. But in Toronto, there was nobody? and we have spent a lot of work walking the path to meet him. When we finally found the "Q" exit, we sent him a message and he replied that he would be there in 5 minutes. We had to endure the extreme cold weather and ten minutes later we saw a white minivan tumbling at a speed that it almost ran over a person. He parks but no one gets out of the minivan. My wife says to me: "I will ask if it is our transfer?" I answered impossible because this minivan looks more like a vehicle that would transport all kinds of goods except human beings, of course. She knocks on the window of the vehicle, the door opens, and my wife politely greets the driver and asks him if this is our transfer? The driver doesn't say a single word, he grunts in agreement. He opens the trunk, and the doors. I approach him and ask him politely why he didn't pick us up at the airport exit. He yells at me saying: if you expected me to pick you up at the exit of the airport, you are completely wrong. Incomprehensible as an answer. I did not understand his aggressiveness. I replied that he should be more polite and less aggressive because I am a customer? his response: Because you are a client, do you expect me to treat you differently? He likes to use the word: EXPECT??? I was speechless with his behavior and my wife and daughter were very scared. They walked away crying. This man had a strange behavior and was not dressed at all in the classic and standard outfit of the drivers. He wore a sports jacket with a large hood that blocked his face from being seen. I told him enough was enough and now he must leave or else I'll call the police. He left. My daughter ordered an Uber and within 3 minutes a brand-new Suburban came to pick us up. The driver was well presentable and professional and very polite. We paid CAD 71 instead of CAD 120 from the airport to the hotel. Cheaper and totally professional. We understood at that time that it was a SCAM and that we must be wary of advertisements on the internet before providing our contact details in order to avoid this kind of stressful incident.

It was very easy to reserve the 10 passenger van and instructions on how to locate the driver upon arrival were also very easy. We used Exclusive Limousine Services on our trip from hotel to airport also and again reserving and pickup were amazingly easy. The van was clean, fit luggage for 10 people and was very spacious. I would say the only negative was the driver did not help load the bags on the first trip (from the airport to the hotel) and had to be asked to help load them when going from the hotel to the airport. Overall use was very easy and was on point. We would definitely use again if we return to Toronto.
