Before coming across this company I used to travel with another GTA transport agency. Although this other company charged the same fee that Pearson A Limos charges, it used a 7 seater van to be shared by other clients picked up on the way. This used to add time, stress, and discomfort to my trips. Traveling alone in a Limo rather than in a van, and for the same price is in and of itself good reason to switch over to Pearson A Limos. Such added comfort is particularly relevant when returning from trips abroad exhausted where the last thing one wishes to do is travel with strangers, and put up with additional drop off delays. Naeem, the company's owner, is one of the most reliable people I have ever worked with: I know that even if I book a trip many months in advance, whether I send him a reminder or not, Naeem will be at my door at the arranged hour, if not earlier. Naeem is an outstanding professional with impeccable manners (something I truly care for and appreciate); he also has a keen sense of his client's needs. He is an excellent driver: unlike many other drivers these days Naeem's driving style maximizes comfort for passengers, prioritizes safety, while also assuring timely arrival at one's destination. Finally, my husband and I are very grateful for Naeem's kindness and understanding for unexpected changes. For example, in a recent trip during the 2019 Holiday Season, both our outbound flights and inbound flights were subject to very last minute changes which Naeem quickly adjusted to, despite the fact that one these changes happened with less than 30 minutes of warning, when we received a text from the airplane informing of a 6 hour departure delay.
