My husband missed his flight because of their disorganization. The limo never showed up. When we called the number he didn't care. He said "uuuuh, oh uhhhh maybe we got hacked, I don't know". He didn't know where any of his drivers were and couldn't tell us if someone was going to pick us up or not. Didn't say he would try and rectify their mistake, or that he'd even call us back. When I called him back after booking with another company to make sure our limo was cancelled, he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. DONT DO IT!!!!…read more Booked Direct Limo for my wedding this August 2016. They didn't show up to pick up the Groom and the Groomsman, and were late picking up the Bride and the Bridesmaids. Then the driver couldn't find the church, the Maid of Honour had to direct him. He then took us for pictures and was found sleeping in the limo when we got back, without having the air on, so it was hotter than hell in there for us. Then when we required a pick up from the hall to get us back home once the wedding was done he didn't show up. I had to call the owner who had to call the driver. His excuse was "he fell asleep" so un professional. If you want your day ruined you will book with this company.

Great ride and same price as the miserable ride our friends had in a regular taxi (same time, same day): they paid the same as we did, but the taxi was smaller and they felt crowded, the taxi stank of cigarettes and our friends had to keep a window open, which of course let in the fumes and hot air of a Tonto summer's evening commute. Going back to Pearson, our town car driver was at the hotel at 5:15 am as requested. The car was even cleaner than the first - polished beautifully outside and in, the driver even more polite and very proud of his car - with good reason! My husband gave him a $20 tip. Unheard of! Alas, our friends didn't think ahead to call and were stuck once more with a smelly, dirty taxi. It appears the Yelp listing is the same company as the one next to it, not sure why they aren't combined. Anyway, if you'd like a better experience than a ride in a stinky, dirty taxi, try Toronto Airport Limo. Call ahead to arrange pick up, it's not as simple as flagging down a cab, but worth the call and every penny.

I made arrangements with this company to have a taxi with two child seats ready to pick up my family at Pearson a few days ago. Not only did I reserve online and follow up regarding the car seats by email (with a positive reply), I also followed up by calling and speaking to someone. He said that yes they have a driver with two car seats and no I don't have to do anything else to confirm the reservation. Sigh of relief. When my family got to the airport, there was no taxi under our name. When we called the company again he said there were no cars with carseats available. What?? My two young children and the rest of my family were stranded at the airport, with no cabs with carseats to be found. When I followed up with them the next day, no answer and no reply to my email. I personally will never use this company again on principle, even if I'm travelling alone. Anyone travelling with children should avoid them - it feels like you've found a solution only to end up with a massive hassle at the end of an already long day.
