The pictures are horrible and not worth the money. All the pictures are 1 picture but in different sizes. There was no editing, you can see the hospital floor, and they're only 1 pose. I will never use them again and will tell others to never use them because theyre not worth the $50 we paid for them.

Our daughter was photographed shortly after her birth while we were still at the hospital. it is now 6 months after her birth and they have yet to come to our home for our follow-up family shoot. The photographer called 3 days before our originally scheduled shoot 4 months ago to tell us he had a family emergency only to ask us to drop everything in the middle of the work week to accommodate his schedule (turns out it wasn't an emergency). It is now less than 24 hours before the reschedule and the company has gone MIA with no confirmation or response to my attempts to contact them. This company chooses to push this service on families while they are at an emotional moment in life and then they fail to deliver on the rest of the promised package. They have wasted our time and looking back, I would have never agreed to this service if I had known how they would treat us.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Howe It's Done Photography. I expected quality…read morephotos with creative poses and cute backgrounds, and a sitting with 10 photos plus two Santa photos. I literally ended up with nothing. When I saw the proofs I was not pleased with the quality of the photos and the editing. I was unable to download any of the photos from the site where they were made available. I reached out to her and she initially offered a full refund. Within a day she had changed her mind, and advised me that she would only refund $55 of the fee I had paid, because I had downloaded three photos. I immediately advised her I had been unable to download the photos from the site. Our original plan, because she was out of town until Thursday, was to talk later in the week. However after several messages back and forth where she continued to state she would only refund $55, sometimes because three photos had been downloaded and sometimes because of the work she had done while editing, on Monday evening I advised her that if she would provide me with the three photos she claimed I had downloaded in both edited and original form I would agree to the $55 refund. It was at this time that she informed me she had deleted all of my photos, despite the fact that my dispute was still open. I cannot accept a partial refund when I have nothing- not even a product I don't like. And she has made it clear that she no longer wants to deal with me. The level of unprofessional behavior is staggering. It should have been a red flag when there was no agreement and no refund policy set forth up front. I would not recommend any dealings with this business.
