Whenever I called to check the status of the order I would get every excuse possible-someone was ill, it's softball season, we've been backed up, our printer stopped working. I understand things happen, but for a very small one-time order it should not have taken 4 months to complete it. I was extremely happy with the work they did but will never use them again.
