Our suits were discontinued and so we had to pick other suits, then people were given the wrong suits, and it seems like many locations don't read the notes about colors, sizes, dates, etc. We needed a place with many locations so we chose Men's Warehouse, but it was wayyyy too stressful and there were way too many issues. 1/5 stars Again, couldn't say better things about the 2 staff listed above but the company as a whole did not live up to expectations.

The first employee we worked with was particularly friendly. When we were clearly a bit confused about what we wanted or had in mind, he was happy to show us some of the options - and quite patient as well. He was very honest about their options - pointing out the various differences and why you'd want to splurge for various things. After he passed us to another employee for the fitting and sizing, the new employee was just as friendly. She seemed particularly knowledgeable about men's fashion - including how to tell if a jacket or shirt is particularly well-fitting. She offered brand options to help with fit, and she went out of her way to call up to corporate to a get rush on a preliminary suit for fitting purposes. The earlier employee had also misquoted us a price, but she was happy to give us the item for the price because it was their error. She was very friendly, made the process feel particularly smooth (even though it took about an hour), and was clearly knowledgeable about everything they sell. As a sidenote, Men's Warehouse does make it pretty easy to use them for tux rental. You can pick up or return the clothing to any of their Men's Warehouse locations.

Come to find out, the first dress we tried on, she picked for me and I said YES! Mind you I am picky and have had at least 5 appointments trying on dresses and could not find one. The first dress I put on I knew it was the one and I said yes! Not only that, the price compared to all of the other places we have been is much much cheaper. The try on was one on one and Lara, along with the girls were so sweet and helpful to work with. Like I said, my family cannot recommend enough. They go above and beyond for their customers and it is so appreciated. I felt so loved and seen and the "I said yes" celebration is unmatched! (Because I have said yes to a dress once before and it ended up not being the dress for me, the celebration was nothing like this. Just snapped a photo and left). Thank you so much Lara for making this "yes" something to remember and for making me feel so special on my day!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented a tux for my son's prom. They were very nice…read morewhen renting (although very gossipy, dressed very casually (jeans and hoodies) and talked about other customers--this should have been a clue). An hour into his prom, he was walking up stairs and his pants split at the crotch--humiliating for him, he was made fun of, and created an emergency for us to take him pants from home. When I looked at the pants, they were extremely worn and looked like they should never have been rented and you can easily see why they split. When I spoke to the staff upon returning them, they were rude, disrespectful, unempathetic, and told me I had to pay for the pants because they didn't go out the door ripped and we didn't say anything when he tried it on. They even went so far as to say that I should have inspected my son's crotch when he tried them on. They took no responsibility for renting overused items that would be prone to ripping (they blamed the warehouse, but wouldn't take ownership for the fact that the warehouse is also part of Skeffington's), acted like they couldn't see the wear and that 'nobody else had this problem, so it must be your son's fault'. They told me all pants look like his, so when I asked them to show me, I saw a brand new pair of pants with no wear and said they didn't see any visible wear on my son's pants (see picture). Given what happened and what it costs to rent a jacket and pants ($150), I shouldn't have had to pay for the pants rental, let alone get told I had to pay for over-rented pants. Because I refused to do that, I was told I could no longer be a customer of Skeffington's (a non-issue). I'd much rather give my business to a company that rents quality merchandise and backs it up with professional customer service.

The experience was comfortable and felt undemanding. What surprised me is; I got a dress that 100% loved on the hanger but was not what I thought I wanted AT ALL! However; when I put it on, I just absolutely loved how fun & unique it was! I'm glad Katie was so honest and had me try on different styles to rule some out.
