Whoever is in charge of payroll should be made well aware that they are paying for at minimum 3 team members being less than helpful, not even willing to speak to their customer about the poor experience and 7 others hovering around their cash register. They also fixed valve stem for us too. The guy behind the desk named Aaron was very friendly and caring and really easy to talk too. Thank you so much for helping us out in our time of need. She had a flat personality wasn't helpful in any way. Too bad it's becoming the norm for retail workers to not try any longer. The shoes were not a good value because I could have ordered from adidas.com and at least got reward points or potential found the same thing on SALE, A SALE that would have actually been REAL instead of a farce to lure you into the store. I did buy the shoes because the girls loved them and I didn't want to break their hearts. Next time I won't suggest to them that we shop famous footwear.

I have good luck buying work shoes here. I wear black flat sole dress shoes. It can be hard to find comfortable ones but I can usually find something here. I used to shop at the location on University Ave by Kohls but this will probably be my main location since it's so close to work. It is smaller than the University Ave location but there is still ample selection and sizes of shoes. I've been here twice before posting my review and both times have gotten good service from associates.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Camping World. What was supposed to be a repair…read moreturned into months of frustration, poor communication, and additional problems with our camper. Our camper sat on their lot for over two months, much of that time without being worked on because of a misdiagnosis after they ordered a new set of motors and failure to properly fix the issue the first time. We were told the repairs would take approximately 13 days, yet we continued making payments on a camper we couldn't even use. When we finally came to pick it up because we were told it's ready to go we discovered new issues that were not there before: the slide-out was visibly misaligned, seals were missing around the slide-out which will probably result in water damage in tough areas and the heater door that was listed on the invoice was not even installed. To make matters worse, there was additional damage to the exterior of our camper that appears to have been caused while it was in their care. After speaking with multiple other customers, it seems we are not the only ones who have experienced excessive delays and poor service. It is incredibly disappointing that a company of this size would allow repairs to drag on for months and return a camper in worse condition than it arrived. Camping World did offer a small concession of $260 on a $4,000 bill & to fix the damage they caused but how can I trust more damage won't occur when we take it back in? $260 does not make up for the inconvenience, lost camping time, ongoing payments, and lack of quality workmanship. We will be taking our future repairs elsewhere.

I had them refresh my tubeless setup, look at my dropper post, and replace my drivetrain. The latter was done well. However, 33.3% is a failing grade. Upon pickup Only 1 tire had a tubeless refresh because "I didn't want to do it through the tire" followed by a criticism of my bike's tubeless valves because they require a full refresh rather than the easy way of taking out the valve core and throwing new sealant in with the old sealant. Finally, the actuation switch on my dropper post was split. instead of getting me a picture of the serial #, to get a warranty started they took a pic of the damage (1.5 inches away from said serial number) then reinstalled it after charging me for new cables/housing that they knew would NOT fix the issue, knowing as well that to get it resolved I would have to redo the work I had just paid them to do for convenience sake. For $310 I would really expect better

My last trip there was to address a bottom bracket issue that I was unable to resolve. I feel like they turned my issue over to a newbie tech who tightened my bottom bracket way beyond specs. I didn't find this out until I had to remove the bottom bracket myself. The issue was finally resolved with a new crank set, still overall, not particularly satisfied with the service or attitude when I go there.
